Looks closer to bolt then accidentally ordering a 3rd gen short actuator turbo with a 4.4" exhaust outlet. That's what I did had to redo cold side and fab downpipe still have not figured out waste gate. Ran it now for quite awhile with waste gate turnbuckled closed.

I cleaned my motor ounce with sewer cap on the turbo. With filter in the back seat it didnt want to run at all.

Lol yeah. Truck is kinda on the back burner latl. Its parked 3-5 days a week. Seems shes now alittle hard starting after sitting for few days. Dunno why. If I cycle the grid heater twice it starts easier. Then back to normal. Temps are warm here.

Rpm is 2200-2500 shes been smoking more than normal. Smarty is on 9 3 3 3. Used to only haze over 1800 when really on it. Sac 100s are probably tired over 100k. Would they still smoke at higher rpm. I haven't pressure checked anything It makes nearly 40psi. Putting around rarely over 20. Egts never over 1200 around town egts are 400-600 cruising about 750ish. For some reason I suspect a boost leak. Just thinking out loud as I've been noticing a noticable amount of smoke that isnt normal . With about 10k behind it I was pushing black like a freight train getting into traffic on the freeway rpm was around 2000. I actually chopped the throttle thinking something was wrong and merged onto the freeway. Thanks for helping me think.

62 65 14 turned my truck into a towing machine. I'll agree 350horse tows well and runs cool. I regularly tow 18k plus with cool temps. It definitely moves some air. I think it spools fast. Fast enough to surprise many here. In 5 years itl be mandatory to have 62 almost like it seems the truck wont run without a quad now. Lol

I also found his comments on the draw straw odd I will say diesel guys and tranny builders are set in their ways and are stubborn as ****. They have good reason its because they're always right ;) I run the draw straw and can suck 50 gallons out of a 30 gallon tank. Could only pull 40 with the factory pickup.

Thanks dripley I love it here. I built shock towers through the floor then I see this in my head. Offcourse I built it. One thing I've found is jeeps might go damn near anywhere but you cant bring **** with you May build a bulk head behind rear seat to mount shovel and hi lift on. I feel naked without a pony shovel. At some point fuel and spare tire will go on the roof. 120 Mile's is pushing it pretty hard. Heres how the storage started. Shocks are new take offs that came off gladiator. I'm believer in good shocks now. This jeep rides and handles very well. You can hit bumps at speed now. Slow trails are more comfortable. The truck may get some someday. The bilstein do little to nothing literally compared to blown leaking shocks they replaced. Have a good one everyone

I did not meddle with return line when I did mine. Did draw straw 1/2" all way to injection. Fuel returns through factory line. It shouybe all puslock connections now with a fitting supplied to gl into filter houseing. Plug harness in supply power and go. I pulled my bed off

1ton steering and track bar Knuckles reamed Trail tested. Feels great. No bump steer. Took my time making sure drag link attach bat werecat thecsame angle and length
