I have seen a Delrin Bushing Kit replacement for the "Bearing" that is installed at the lower end of the steering gear. There is a clip ring a preload spring. I saw the fix on You Tube? Michael

Be sure to do the W-T Ground fix if you haven't already. Really smoothed my shift and Lock-up. Plus it smoothed out my Cruise control, it used to Pulse like a Big Dog. Was not comfortable. Michael

In the Picture you can just see the black bar laying on the floor. I tied it to the dash at the top because sticking up 12-14 in it had some whip. I have the 2 amazon Part nujmbers, the long whip did have the clamp to work with the Tablet. So I ended up with a long Tablet and a short "phone on a stick"! So I bolted a chunk of Steel to the passenger seat bracket. I ran it along the floor and up. Then I used some lacing string to tie the Tablet holder to the dash Bezel that way it doesn't bounce running down the road. If you need help I can supply the Amazon part numbers. PM me Michael

I have a $40 Samsung TabE from eBay, that works great. I found a long necked Phone holder, I had to add a tablet holder. But it lays out nice. Michael

Hi All, How Screwed am I? So the P.O. coated the front bumper and rear bumper with bed liner, and oh Yea he coated the grill as well. He thought that it looked great. I bought the truck knowing that they bolt on. That said I came home with Stock Front and Rear Bumpers for $200. I was cleaning the front bumper prior to installation when I noticed that the lower front cut out was full rectangular. My bumper has a round hole for the Fog lights. So Crap now what? Also I have seen ads for year conversion bumper brackets (Gen 3 for Gen 2 trucks?), has anyone put a later bumper on? Yes it is 3D, with texture. The good news is that you don't slip off the front bumper kneeling on it to work on the motor. Nor do you work on the motor in Shorts, unless you want to be a Blood Donor. If anyone wants some straight BLACK Bumpers I'm your man. Thanks Michael P.S. Just to make sure I was paying attention he coated the Rubber pads on the rear bumper. You can't make this stuff up, Honest!

I have that problem with the Motorhome, the windshield has so much surface area that in a snow storm the defroster can't make a dent in the snow build up on the windshield, so we just have to pull over and wait it out. Which is fine as long as you are not coming down a mountain and get caught. Last time was across the flats headed into Seattle and had to stop and overnight in Cle Elum. Once we pulled off and dropped to 25 MPH it was able to get a toehold. Sunshine next morning lot easier travel. Michael

Best one I had. Sold D.C. Power units. Called out to house boat install. They said that my power unit had a electrical leak because it was smoking. They had run a ground wire to the unit from the main batteries, even though it was mounted on the steel hull. When I metered the body to a separate ground I got 3 volts. When I chased the ground wire back to the battery I found it off the ground battery terminal by one. So basically they had a 6 volt toaster set up. They were running 6 volts to the ground connection and then dissipating it through the Aluminum body to ground. The good news is I got there before they left for a 4 day trip to a NASCAR race. Would have melted something. Michael

I was wrong they charge $300+ adder for the injectors. Thought it was too good to be true. It was. Michael

I Just noticed at DAP they were running an iQuad / Injector special !! Trade your injectors in, basically the injectors are $100 to you. iQuad will not make your truck unreliable just a dream to drive! my 2 cents worth. Michael

I just used the LX on my Wife's Caddi. I was able to chart the O2 sensor before and after the CAT. I was able to determine that in neutral the Cat was working but when driving the downstream was tracking the upstream. So back too it! Michael

I went to the dollar store and bought a Ketchup Squeeze bottle, for a dollar. Marked it 2 oz increments and it does 12 gallons. Nice wide mouth, fill it from the gallon jug. Pump 10 or 12 gallons. Michael

Thanks, it’s not in reverse it’s shifting into reverse at high idle. Well I take that back it is in reverse today that I had the issue. Normally I’ll backing out of the driveway so I look both ways and with no one coming just drop it into reverse. Today I was in a parking lot and had my foot on the brake that’s when it bucked and died. whats Early years? Where is the break? Thanks. Michael
