When I am pulling my fifth wheel I planed my stops so that way I start slowing down so it will cool down on it Owen. I will let it idle for about 2 mints then shut down.

On some of the 99 and back they had this. They took heavy alum foil and wrapped the starter. You can look this up at TDR if you will. We had to do my boy 99. The transmission was removed 2 times then I found it at TDR and it worked. GOOD LUCK

Your oil is a way to heavy. Out board oil is what most people use. I run 1/2 Oz per gal with Howes diesel treat.

Sounds like you need a front end alignment

Geno's has ATS for 470.25 three piece and a BD three piece for 508.25 these are pulse flow this helps to spool up the turbocharger faster. good luck

Geno's has them also some steering box stabilizer Borgeson steering box also steering shafts You can get new or rebuild ons.

My Jake came with it on the shifter looks like a 2 speed switch mounts on side of the shifter rod.

the 241 to 273 will change your gears. I don't thank it will work if it was the same then it should work. Jest check the bolt pattern.

A filter is cheper than an overhull. So I change my at every oil change. I pland on keeping this one from now on. Two tight and to old to geta new one.

Go get you a good lawer that does personal Injured . They will take your clame if it looks good to them and they will take about 25% of what you get most does not have any charge only 25% of your take. GOOD LUCK

I rember when they had oil bath filters. That would blow the oil out and make a big mess when they would run backward. Then a big clean up.

I do not run all the time with it on. But when in town I run it on all the time when pulling my fifth wheel. I also use it to help warm the Eng up When on the HWY I turn it off till I am ready to exit. I allso use it in all gears.

YOU might look for a pin hole in your return line. This has happen before it lets fuel drain back to the tank or on the ground it is a hard one to find. GOOOD LUCK

You might check to see if you have a small leak in your fuel line. This has happen before or your fuel is draning back to the tank. GOOD LUCK

DO NOT even look at it. Replace it every other oil change or every oil change it is cheap to change than to buy a new Eng.

I have not had any trouble at all with outboard oil!! NOT even my JAKE brake. I run one oz per gal.
