  1. Thanks!I'm using the same kind of regulator you have, and right now it idles at 15 PSI, and under light throttle it'll hit 20 PSI. I can tell the regulator really starts dumping fuel at about 25 PSI. The thing is, if I try to bring down my top end pressure, I have to sacrifice idle pressure. :doh:I have a 3/8" pickup line to the filter, and will soon have a big line kit. My return line is 3/8" down to the frame rail, and then my stock return tee's into the Assassin return, and then I have 1/2" line back to the tank.I'm running my pulley's at a 1:1 ratio, and that is 212 GPH - good for 1,000 HP worth of mods. :D
  2. white buffalo, Direwolf,I don't want to take this too far off topic, but what kind of regulator are y'all using, and how is your return line setup?
  3. I would look around for a used one and try it out. You might want to go bigger after you try it. . .
  4. Is that going off of the odometer, or GPS?

  6. :lmao2::lmao2:I feel like an idiot! So yeah, get gauges, and then a TST, and floor it!
  7. jttrucker - you're going to want to throw some money into your transmission, and you need a set of gauges. If you take Wild & Free's advice (if I had the money, I would do what he said:thumbup2:) go ahead and get the EZ, and stack it with the TST Comp. TST is fueling only; no timing. If you do that, you NEED gauges - and that setup will lay down some power, and hot EGT's.
  8. Use a washer or two to "shim" the regulator, and put your idle pressure at about 19 PSI - that'll keep you above 14 PSI at WOT.
  9. Kinda sounds like a crappy lift pump to me. . .
  10. Read the end of GreenRiver's last post.
  11. NV4500 is a synchronized transmission - I do my best to drive it how it should be driven.
  12. I have no experience with them, but from what I've heard about them, I'll just stick with a good ole standard output.
  13. I'm thinking it's a 2-3 PSI bump in pressure. . .
  14. Hey, thanks for posting those pics, Ryan.I have a big line kit I need to install, and it said to put the tapped elbow at the VP, but I want the tapped elbow at the filter housing, but I figured it didn't really matter.
  15. I have a set of manual mirrors. Electric ones sure would be nice. Or buy mine. . .

  17. Or just get a BHAF.
  18. Pretty sure stock is either 245's or 265's. Personally, I'd run a 235/85/16 road tire. . .
  19. Where did you get them from? Did they come with brackets? CSM - do you need brackets? (I've been trying to get rid of my extra set )
  20. I second discount auto mirrors. (If you end up getting a set of mirrors without mounting brackets, I have a set I'll sell to you)
  21. I think I'm having the same problem, and I'm noticing some dirt too. 'Bout time for a BHAF. (not a very detailed picture)
