Hi, I'm new to this forum and I'm in search of a Wiring Diagram for a 2001 Dodge Cummings Ram. My current issue is that there is no power to both fuel pumps and the relay keeps clicking on and off. I can't find the power source, and I haven't found a bad fuse. Thank you, Tommy

Well I notice after changing my oil 2 weeks go that I had not had to add any which is unusual since I have a leaky rear main seal. Today I check the oil and sure enough now I have more oil. Took the valve cover off and ran engine. Sure enough there is fuel sitting around no 2 and when shut it off and look back there is nothing there. What ever is there has gone back down the between the injector and the bore and I think I see air bubbles around no 3.. So I restarted the engine and sure enough there is air bubbles and fuel around no 3 and 4. The best I can see no 1, 5, and 6 are fine. I stuck a q tip at the bore of all of them and came back with oil on 1,5,6 and fuel aroun…

This is my first post on here guys, I’m in dire need of your help. 8 days ago I had a rebuilt transmission with a shift kit and triple disc converter put in the truck; a mile into the test drive all gauges were lost. Inline Performance figured out that it was a bad PCM and put a new one in it. Today I had to run home for something and left the truck running in the driveway for no more than 10 minutes. When I came back out, no gauges we’re working but the tach, the odometer is reading No Bus and the transmission won’t shift out of 3rd unless manually done. Please give me ideas, I feel my case is different than a lot of other no bus threads on here seeing as I …

Alright so story is, was driving the truck one day stopped and shut it off came back out and turned it on absolutely no throttle sense whatsoever, figured it was a bad ebay tps so through the old one in that just mad the truck idle high, three the new one on worked great until a few days later it did the exact same thing as the other one so I decide to go to thouroughbred diesel to get a reputable apps and put it in and still absolutely no throttle response whatsoever as if the apps was completley disconnected, throws the following engine codes P1693 P0123 P0122 P0121 P0230 any ideas or help would be appreciated. Just goes back to idl…

Alright, so she's back at it again. Probably my fault this time. Any who, on the way back from North Dakota a few days ago, I was outside Pueblo when I heard what I can only describe as a bearing seizing. A loud squalling like noise that shook the truck, and I felt it through the shifter. It wasn't constant. Just a quick noise, then gone. After everything that's happened, I was on red alert. Turned off my stereo, and kept driving, listening. Found an off ramp, and pulled off to see if anything had froze, was leaking, etc. Nothing. So I jumped back on i25 and headed south. She did it again. Loud quick noise. At this point I prayed nothing seized up completely before I got …

Pictured is the block numbers I just installed in my truck. I removed the infamous 53 block. After attempting to start with no luck.... I researched and found that the back of the cam gear with the newer block has a tone wheel where the original only had a notch. I'm in the process of swapping the cams out because I'm sure this is the reason for the no start. I would like to identify this block for future reference if anyone can help me out. 1998.5 ram 3500

So my front driveshaft came apart. Anyone have any idea how long they are right off the top of their head? I can order a new one($258) vs having one built ($650). Mine is too damaged to measure properly.

Hey All, I would like to find a simple, inexpensive and automated way to adjust when torque converter lockup occurs. I am not interested in off the shelf transmission controllers. I have an electronics and industrial automation background. I am interested in hearing ideas that pertain to a DIY install and long term reliability, as well as ease of use for someone else driving the truck. I have 3.54 gears and 35" tires. I'm fully aware what that means for my final drive ratio, and I'm not entertaining a regear at this time. Please don't suggest obvious large mechanical changes. The truck has a lockup switch, which I generally don't use. W…

So as it says, more weirdo readings on my quadzilla. The temperature was going up to 204°, then would go to -40,then back to 204. I figured my cts was junk, so I replaced it. Didn't pay much attention to it these three hell filled weeks with it. Well, I drove home to NM from North Dakota yesterday, and noticed it was still doing the same thing. Up to 204,then -40. Then back to 204. Is this normal? Or?

Left yesterday to go get a new trailer. And I'm not sure if this is a tuner issue or a truck issue. Codes on truck are for ABS only. When the truck is running 70 at 2k rpm with XZT on the 75hp mode it'll surge. I can drive it out with my foot and it'll go away below 1800rpm and above 2300 rpm. When cruise control is set it doesn't do it at all. When set to MPG mode it does it light surge and still have to play with throttle or set cruise to get rid of it. With switch to off its hard to tell when it surges. Now, with the trailer behind it and the switch to 75hp position, it surges when I'm going down a grade and try to keep my foo…

I've been having some problems with my AirDog. So I've decided to hardwire it with a toggle switch. But since it has the relay I don't know which wires go where. I know I can jump the yellow and red together to turn it on but what are the other two. Do I need to tie those into somewhere too?

Today I had new front cab mounts installed on my truck. 2001 2500 auto. There is a lever I am assuming that does something with the transmission on the driver side front cab mount. And now we are having trouble with the truck going in and out of neutral while driving. Please help

I notice reading through the forum that the Adrenaline seems to be top dog again, I bought one when they first came out for my now gone 99 2500, had a few problems like the fuel sensor just blasted out when I was driving and then they got recalled, then I had other programming problems and then the word was they where going out of business. I wasted the Auto in the truck so it did pull well and had good top end. So then I bought a Smarty (for timing) and added a TST 3 for my fueling on my current truck and it works well but it is 2 different units and I have not really paid attention for a few years and like I said I see the Adrenaline is real popular again just curios i…

So I have had a problem this winter with a freezing fuel filter. I put it in when I installed after market lift pump. The filter is a small plastic type with a metal mesh screen ( required by the lift pump manufacturer to have a valid warranty). Its located next to the starter between it and the frame rail. Never had problems before this winter. To solve the problem I have had to double the amount of anti gel as I have normally used and add # 1 diesel to keep it from freezing and stalling . Is there a different solution to this issue other than installing a heated fuel filter on the frame rail ? Thanks in advance JOHN

I have a 00 dodge ram 2500 cummins with millions of problems. One of the issues I'm trying to address is the cold start. It looks like to me its blowing out a thick blue smoke. And when I drive down the road it dumps out for probably a good 2 mins. Then clears up and go backs to the black smoke. What could that be? I did pull a p0382 code.

Hey guys. First time poster. Long time reader. I've got an interesting problem that has just popped up. My wait to start light is no longer coming on and at the same time, my high idle fooler no longer can be controlled, it just keeps the truck in 3 cylinder high idle when it sits and idles for any period of time. I can still see the grid heater cycling, dropping my volts and dimming my headlights. Am I correct in guessing this has something to do with my IAT sensor? I've dealt with all kinds of stuff on this truck, but nothing like this as of yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just got my new Quadzilla installed today, should have done it some time ago. Just one thing I did not see mentioned in the instructions for the IQuad or anywhere else. On the IPhone you should change the wifi settings for the IQuad. It should be set to manual instead of automatic in the Configure IP setting Set the IP Address to (in my case) 1.2.3.14 the Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0 and leave the router blank This will allow the Iphone to connect to the Quadzilla and maintain LTE connection for interrnet.
