2nd Generation Dodge Non-Powertrain

It’s snowing here in East TN today, but more importantly the temps are dropping to zero here over the next few days which is rare for us. I took my batteries to Walmart today to have them load tested and they say they checked fine. Put them back in the truck, started right up (I’ve been driving all day) a little ways down the road I got a CEL. 1689 and P0238. Truck would stumble every 1/4 mile or so. Got home, tuned the truck off, the lift pump was running. Thought maybe I missed a ground wire or something when I was hooking everything back up. Batteries unhooked now. Any ideas on where to start? Hey Guys, You know how it is, those valve stems on the inside dual wheels are a b*&^% to reach. I've heard horror stories about guys putting long valve extenders on, just to have them eventually fail due to moving around from centrifugal force. Also heard of installing longer solid metal stems. Has anyone come up with the hot solution for this? I'm not opposed to setting up a hose that connects both wheels, something that doesn't throw the rear wheels out of balance. if there are any tried and true setups I would love to know. Not too happy right now. I went up to Harbor Freight today to buy some cheap azz tools that were on sale. I parked the truck a good ways out in the parking lot. It was a windy day but didnt really think anything of it. Go inside buy the tools and when I came out a damn shopping cart had gotten blown by the wind and collided with my passenger door. I just repainted the truck about 2 months ago. No dent but the scratch is beyond repair and the entire door needs to be repainted. My 99 ram 3500 2wd dually with ifs is wearing front tires. 3 months ago I had new tires installed and the truck aligned and they are wearing again. I spoke with the tire shop who also did the alignment and they suggested a camber correction kit. I was given a moog part number k80108 this looks like for the solid front suspension. Can anyone verify or explain how it works? I’m familiar with front suspension and understand alignment terms, but have seen no directions on this. Any help is appreciated.

I've been tracking down a noise from the rear end of my truck. It seems like it gets worse the heavier I load the bed. I don't know how it took me this long to find this, but I'm guessing it's a redneck modification on a fifth wheel hitch mount. I'm assuming my "squeak" is the upper spring hitting the piece of angle iron. The other side is NOT like this. Has anyone else seen anything like this? Pictures are drivers side, looking aft.

Today while driving my ABS & Brake light both came on. It stayed on until I shut the truck off for a little bit. I started it back up & started driving no lights, then all at once they're back on. Turn the truck off, start back driving same deal. Whats going on and what do I do to fix it. Brakes still seem good.

Anyone ever messed with the door hinges? The spring popped off the top hinge awhile ago and im tired of the door not staying open. I still have the spring it just looks like a PITA to get back in..... Any insight....TIA

Anyone have or know where I can find the 6 fan pulley bolts for an 01 2nd gen. My son's fan hub bearing froze and sheared all the bolts of the fan pulley. I've tried MoparPartsGiant and they are stating there is an 80 day wait!....really need them much sooner. Even if I knew length, thread/pitch then I could go from there... Thanks, Bruce

The Equipment Identification tag on the inside of the glove box on my '02 Dodge is faded and un-readable.Question; Would the Dodge dealer be able to find out what options/equipment I have by the VIN? ... any ideas? ... thank you, Greg

I have a 1999 ram 2500 sport that previous owner put some crap aftermarket led headlights on. I ordered oem 4 bulb (2 each side) headlights and repaired patched in wiring. Once installed the inner bulb on each headlight works as both hi and low. The flashers and running lights work. The outer headlight bulb on each side will not light hi or low. On my way to get my multimeter now. Do the outer two bulbs light on hi only or low and high? Are they a separate fuse? I don't see any cuts like the mains had. P.s. this is a true sport with 2 headlight cables per side not a conversion. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So Christmas eve I was forced to swap my drovers door. Seemed like an opertune time to pull the trigger on swapping to power windows. I've been told that they are plug and play with non power trucks. I'm hoping that I just have the wrong door harness and it's a simple fix. Both door side harnesses have two plugs while my truck only has a single. I know that both donor harnesses had the premium sound system and I assume that's the extra plug. Any help would be nice. I have casually searched previous posts without any luck.

I just got my 01 Dodge Ram 2500 Sport QCLB HO Cummins 4x4 a month ago, and it didn't come with keyless entry. I looked at the CTM and it is the single plug module and not the premium unit needed for keyless entry. I mostly just want keyless entry and an alarm on the pickup, and don't care about remote start since it has a manual trans. I know of Viper, Compustar, and other brands of keyless entry/alarm systems, but which one would be good without breaking the bank.
