I caught a sweet deal on a new driver side seat cushion a couple weeks ago. The seat shop was having a sale, $25 off and free shipping. I tried to get one but code didn't work for me so I canceled the transaction and left a comment on their FB page. Somebody replies to apologize and explain the sale didn't apply to 05 and older ram cushions but to give them a call. I call the guy and he explained the situation further and ended up letting me have the cushion for the sale terms anyhow. Hey guys so my ABS module is shot, i tried a rebuild company that i found on here called module masters and after them having it for a full 7 days they called me today to tell m they can not fix it and i would have to try and find a used one. Any body have a clue where i can find one? Its for my 99 Ram 2500 Diesel

Evening all- My dash plastics and door panels have been faded pretty badly by the sun. It's somewhere between the Agate Grey and Light Grey interior colors anymore. I'm looking for a product similar to the "Plastic Renew" to bring back that nice dark grey color. Does anyone have a favorite product that might be better or last longer? I'm looking for longevity mostly.

Been thinking about this idea ever since I made my rear bumper. My spare tire has always been in the bed, it can't fit in original spot because of 5" exhaust and the tire holder rotted away long ago. So I've been studying up on this idea and looking at different setups. Comp4x4 sells heavy duty hinge kit but currently closed due to moving. I thought about using bushing stock also but not set on that yet, then there is the trailer hub/spindle idea. Wondering if anyone has had door hinges replaced and if so on the quad cab did anything need to be done with the rear doors? Interestingly enough I am having issues on the passenger side (which rarely gets used). The sheet metal on the door is getting a little mangled around the latch from hitting the striker post (is that what it’s called?). Also if anyone had a body shop do this, can you give me an idea of cost?

01 ram 3500 turn lights on engine quits. remove park light fuse, no problem. when turn on park lights trailer relay energises. remove relay truck no start. heater fan not working. hit panic button on fob and horn + heater fan cycle. cleaned all grounds. Pretty sure maybe alarm is causing issues but cannot have engine run and lights on at same time?

I am at a crossroads, just moved to California and it is time to deal with Smog and licensing the '01.... truck has 350k miles on it, trans synchros are tired in 3rd and 4th, door hinges are shot, leaks oil (either tappet cover or the vacuum pump).. bed is in rough shape, little rust in the lower door skins... So thinking, if I was going to make a change, now would be a good time. So if I did make a change my wife would like me to get a non dually (we don't tow anything too large anymore so that is no issue) maybe a short bed would fit in the garage. I was wondering if a board member can buy a raffle ticket? Also my work truck has horrible bad headlights. So bad, I ran over a big chicken in the road Chicken soup. Anyhow is this conversion kit an easy kit or do you have to work at it a bit to make it fit? If I can't do the raffle I will go buy one. Thank you.

I'm wondering where did you get your inside / outside temp gauge. Could use one in my truck.Also where did you run the probe to so that you get an accurate reading.

Is there a difference between the front doors for a 2dr quad cab vs a 4dr quad? I’m wondering if doors from a 94-98 will fit on a 98.5 truck.

My truck has a rattle near or in the steering column. I thought this will be easy. Removed most of the plastic on that side. Expected to find a wire bundle rattling on the plastic. Had it apart twice. Any ideas. I know this is a stretch.

I made the mistake of trading in my oem starter when it went out. Should have kept it and had it rebuilt. Got a life time autojunk starter. First one lasted 44000 miles, second 33000 and this one is going out at 18000. Are they really that bad or am I just that unlucky? I looked online at a place called larry b and my starter would be over 500 dollars shipped to me. What brand starter are people on here using and are they lasting a long time. The oem starter lasted 111000 miles.Thanks

It it possible to wire in a 9007 pigtail to the oem wiring to obtain brighter light? i believe theyre is somewhere in the range of an added 700 lumens when swapping from 9004 to 9007. Seems it could be a worthwhile upgrade for those of us that cant afford a projector retrofit or fancy leds.

Had a fun drive into work this evening. I have about an hour commute and was almost at work and my pedal went squishy. I pulled over and found that my front drivers side soft brake line had worn through and burst. It looks like it is rubbing on the tire when at full lock turn. I have 3rd gen rims and 265/70/r17 wheels on (and tame tires too, not large knobbies). Does anyone know why this would have been happening? It looks like its happening on the passenger side too, but not as bad. Hi All, How Screwed am I? So the P.O. coated the front bumper and rear bumper with bed liner, and oh Yea he coated the grill as well. He thought that it looked great. I bought the truck knowing that they bolt on. That said I came home with Stock Front and Rear Bumpers for $200. I was cleaning the front bumper prior to installation when I noticed that the lower front cut out was full rectangular. My bumper has a round hole for the Fog lights. So Crap now what? Trying to find some cab corners for my quad cab. I see extend cab, quad cab, and standard cab. What do I need to get for my quad cab? Will the extended cab work?
