  1. I treated myself to a Quadzilla and 7x10 injectors, soon to realize head studs were next to be safe. The shopping list grew again today so i figured it was time to get some help an try to keep my cost managed with less surprises. My list is Boost elbow, Boost fooler, a tablet for quad display, a fully adjustable wastegate for average of $250.00, it's a simple diaphragm that's missing the spring tension adjusting.screw and a supply line fuel pressure sending unit an snubber.     Hey guys just ordered a fuel boss and big line kit for my 01 and picked up an s03 cheap a while back to turn on hi idle function (not currently using tuning). So now it’s time for gauges. I really wanted to go back to what I knew with my insight setup on my old ford but pricing them out now with the added fuel boost and egt sensors to read accurately it’s near 850. So I’m circling back to 3 pod style. Looking at isspro, what range do y’all run on gauges? The kit has 0-1600 egt 0-40 boost 0-40 fuel Seems like more of 0-1600, 0-60, 0-30 would fit things better?     Been driving around for the past couple months or more with a boost leak. Got a couple weeks off between and dug into it. Put my test cap on and got the soapy water out. Found a good size leak on the upper clamp on the i take horn. No problem just tightened the clamp up. Start hosing the other and nothing. Started spraying the intake cover on the head and when the soapy water hit around #4 it looked like Lawrence Welk has having a bubble party. What I hoped was going to be a 1 hour fix went out the window. I look down between the head and the plate on the intake and I can see the gasket pushed out. Took everything off and find this.     I tow, and plow and sometimes the truck might idle for a few hours at a time while out on a job. I have DAP 7x.010 SAC injectors that at the time were new body injectors circa 2013 and they have over 200k. I pulled one for a pop test and it was dripping slowly when closed so it's time for a replacement, also the truck is showing tired injectors by idle hazingl more and more with time. I'm hoping to get some expert opinions on the matter to replace.     Can someone post up the values of the daily stock injector with meat 1.9 tune l. I bought it and can’t get it to download to the app on iOS. I tried emailing it to myself and everything and can’t get it. I’m pretty good with a phone and can’t get it. I looked through old threads and can’t find it. Only find outdated ones that’s been updated since posted. You can post up other tunes as well. Thank you.

    Ok I have fallen on quite a bit of misfortune in the last few weeks. I have a cummins 8.3isx engine that seized a bearing and blew a hole in the side of the block. I also have a 24 valve with a spent vp44. I am trying to find a way to make one running engine out of the two. Will the 8.3 with the mechanical pump have all of the parts I need to convert the 24 valve to a p pump? And no, i won't be keeping the engine, I will be selling it to purchase a 6.7 for the Chummy. I love my quad and do not want to convert the Chummy to mechanical gauges. Is it possible?

    Not sure if I agree with the diesel 911 testing, cause doesn’t it go in the tank AFTER the fuel is gelled? But other than that, seems like a solid testing effort. i don’t know the guy, but wanted to share.

    Does anyone know the hole diameter and location of the bleeder hole? Mine came with the Allen screw hole but no bleed off hole.

  10. Hi Guys.. truck is a 1999 nv4500 4x4 3/4 ton. Virgin i just bought off original owner with 169k miles. Stock injectors. Only mods are gauges and a FASS pump. Added Quad ADR today with iquad for android. I HAVE NOT TAPPED THE PUMP YET and had planned to run on lvl 3 for now... Got correct truck profile selected and quad app is reading all engine parameters.. went for test drive..... Valet mode (lvl 1) works.. half power limp mode lol. Turned it up to lvl 3 which should be timing and max Can bus fueling and truck is weak. I am actually having a hard time telling if it is more powerful than level 0 (stock) ??     1st tube ==VP 44 from left 2nd tube = Common Rail center 3rd tube == VP/CR far right 2001 Cummins engine, with a 2000 crankshaft & a 2006 Common rail head.

    I carry a slide in camper for a long time. How can two New E rated Michelins on the rear cause this almost constant yaw motion..... oversteer condition? Never ever happened before. The tire dealer did show me one rim bent about 1/8th of an inch on the spin balance. Would that be it? Front end is tight as a rock, but its squirrely to drive. Tires are the most expensive Michelins you can buy same as on front. TIA

    Im new to this so forgive me if i mess somethin up.. i have an 02 cummins quadzilla adrenaline v2 tuner, 150hp injectors, fleece cheetah 63mm turbo, and an afe bladerunner gt intercooler.. i need help with a tune.. i want it to pull hard.. im not a burn the tires off kina guy i just like that set you back in the seat pull.. right now it smokes real heavy black all the time and the turbos laggy thank you in advance

    Brought my 98.5 from Colorado to Oklahoma. Along the way the voltage regulator in the alternator went out. One battery got warm and vented a concerning amount of fluid. (Type 31 batteries. Problem battery disconnected). Any ill effects of running a single battery until I swap alternators and get new batteries?

    I have had the itch to trade up to a newer model but after talking to several owners of different brands, most say just keep what I have and sink a little money into the 2001. 2001 automatic, HY35, 4.10, 119,000 miles. Driven 10,000 miles a year and retirement coming in a couple of years. Here is my plan so shoot holes in it. BHAF, gated HX40 turbo, 4" exhaust, 75 HP DAP sticks, re-build transmission. I have a Edge Juice with attitude that I might add. Opinions?

    Need opinions on different turbos in the s300 frame for my truck should I go with 62 63 64, 65 68 71, 12 non gated 12 gated or 14 t3 divided gated need the turbo to tow and be street able but still have power but not be tagged or hotter then crap any opinions would be appreciated I'm thinking 64 68 12 personally in the bw sxe billet line or should I step up to T4 so many choices

    I bought the quadzilla adrenaline v-2 hooked everything up drive the truck once worked awesome! Played with a tune out it on the truck, now truck will go up to about 3,000rpm the fall on its face tried setting it back to default still the same! Checked all my connections everything is good any ideas?

  20. Back in january i got an airdog 150 with half inch fuel lines. I used the included draw straw from airdog. I remember seeing several people with complaints so being as i have yet to have an issue i thought i would offer up what i did and how well it has worked for me so far. So in the instructions it says to cut the end of it at an angle. I cannot remember how much of an angle i used but i would say roughly a 45 is what i ended up doing (actually i think now that i did about a 35 degree cut with some side cutters). Face and cut it so the opening of this angled bottom is facing away from the bottom corner of the tank to avoid having it get stuck to the bottom. …
