Mopar1973Man's Adventure to California
Yup. I was woke up by a refer unit at around midnight. Got back to sleep and woke at 6am. Smooth sailing. Oh for you guys ask for the tow tune I'm build it yet. Trying some changes in timing layout as well as fueling layout. This morning with wind was way better numbers. Yesterday was a 10.06 MPG trip fighting wind ugh. I'm currently in Lovelock NV. Getting breakfast then looking for a slot machine dump a few dollars at it.

Yup. Fernley is correct. I'll be meeting @JAG1 then continuing on. I might be ahead but now I can slow down a bit and snoop in a casino throw a little money at slot machine. Gotta for old time sake. This goes back the trip @MoparMom and I made years ago from California to Idaho. We stopped in Nevada toss a few dollars and rolled on. This was 32 years ago. Yup gotta give it a pull for Mom.

Mopar1973Man's Adventure to California
Well I made it to rest area south of Winnemucca. Got lucky the lot is pretty flat. Already grabbed a bite in Winnemucca. No cooking tonight. Flipped on the heat, then inverter. Now I'm in bed staying warm and listening to music on my phone. Another 4 hours left tomorrow and met up with @JAG1.

Yet another setback. It's always something
Come down when your healed up ill work the pounds off you. I was maxed out at 253 pounds when I went for my cancer treatment. Last time on the scale I'm now 215 pounds and slowly losing pounds. Maybe not so much on my trip.

Differential gear swap
Funny so far I notice my best MPG is between 2,000 to 2,500 RPMs. When it drops below 2,000 the efficiency drops. I cannot add timing to 1500 band because of bucking issues at about 30 MPH making city travel not fun.

White smoke, low power when starting
P0234 is boost pressure too high which means the sensor might be correct but wastegate issue stuck closed?

Mopar1973Man's Adventure to California
Suppose to head out for a ride today but here comes the next storm into Parma. Wind is howling and rain coming. Spent some time this morning building up the trailer tune. See what I get on the next leg. I've been staying in touch with @JAG1 by phone we are going to still meet up before camp. In the mean time I've gotta pay this month's bills. So back to reality and deal with that stuff. Ugh.

I've got my bicycle too. It's dirty and needs a bit of wiping down the paint but it more or less ready to ride. I'm looking forward to running the legs off of @JAG1 and seeing if he can keep up.

New injectors on the way.....
Just keep in mind most injectors are wore out by 100k to 150k and pop pressures will be low and timing way advanced hence why efficiency starts to slide.

First time towing with new setup.
Yup. Will be soon. Fuel map has some surging issues which I want to modify on the trip. So far I'm my trip weighing in at rough 17,500 pound total weight and made 13.1 MPG on my first run. I'll be packing up on Monday and heading south. Matter of fact I've updated the fuel map this morning and got it ready for rolling on south.

Okay I’ll admit it I need assistance. Post WT mod issues.
Might be a good idea and contact @Auto Computer Specialist they do wiring harnesses. I've seen one member show off his rebuilt loom and it was better than factory. Even with the W-T ground mod I'm sure they will work the loom and keep the mod for ya.

Mopar1973Man's Adventure to California
Here I am settling down for the night. Got my food put away. Even ziploc all my steaks so I can thaw out a meal. Few sirloin steaks and a few pork chops. Oh I'm going to eat good while on this trip. Heck had dinner over with Muddy and family. Oh the cord cover got installed tonight. I took a bit of time to grab a few more photos of beast out here looking of the ridge into Parma. Beast is still in Moose Mode.

I got plenty of chow, snack stuff, etc. Got a new cord cover for the RV. I'll do it later on. Right now I'm just hanging out with friends and watching the weather change.

Trailer bearings and race shot, any ideas?
If it machined then a whole hub would be replaced. Really have a hard time seeing that being the race would have to be harded metal.

Yet another setback. It's always something
Get healed up. I know knee injuries suck. Mine was getting into a argument with a friend in kick his motorcycle hooked my foot and had the motorcycle fell over it pulled my left knee apart. I spent 2 years healing so it would quit popping apart. Took a long time before I got the muscles back to hold the joint together. I was able at will pop my knee apart for show for at least a year. Popping it out was easy, it hurt like hell going back in.

Trailer bearings and race shot, any ideas?
Yeah typically it's just pressed in. Just like @IBMobile said long drift and a fairly good sized hammer. It should come out. If it's been in awhile you might have to warm it up a bit with a propane torch to gain a bit of room get the race out.

Mopar1973Man's Adventure to California
Even though I woke up early I've got a few things to do this morning. Then later on today go out on a ride on the ATVs. Other than that I'm going to be lazy and not do much. The only requirement is go food shopping.
