I also run a Edge Comp and keep it set on 5x5. Very controllable, it does smoke don't get me wrong but when a slight learning curve you can drive smokeless. Then with the other little mods I've done I'm reach good solid 20+ MPG without think most days. * BHAF* AirDog 150* RV275 injectors* IAT / MPG Fooler (Set to 143*F)* Edge Comp Tapped and set for 5x5The thing I like about Edge Comp over all other products. The fact you DON'T have all your eggs in on basket. Then the Edge Comp give you the ability for adjusting fuelling rates for you road conditions. That's about the only time I start dropping the settings on the Edge Comp is in the winter time to allow the truck to gain traction. 25 levels of adjustment so I'm sure you'll find a setting for your conditions. As for gauges you've got to to supply your own which is a good thing. I've seen so many times where Edge Juice screws up and wipes out the gauges and may or may not still have performance. At least with my setup if a lose a gauge its just 1 gauge... I can replace it for much less than the whole Edge Juice. Edge Comp has no toyz, alarm or limits... This good too. This means less stuff the box has to tap into and less things to go wrong. Most times out of ten people mis-set the alarms and limits features wrong and end up with a box that is doggy on the upper end way too early. Edge Comp is so simple that it only has 8 wires total coming out of the the box. (Power -/+, MAP, CAN-BUS, pump tap) that's it! Very simple unit, very small, but very powerful! :thumb1:As for programmer like Smarty or SuperChips why they are limited to 60-65 HP. This simple because all a programmer does is change the existing fuel to boost tables around but never extends the table past 20 PSI. So even though the ECM has boost fooling now there is no data to support fuelling past 20 PSI in the ECM this why they come up short on the upper end for power. Like also listening in on some of AH64ID posting I've also learn there is a limit of how many time yo can flash a ECM before the PROM becomes unstable / unusable. This number is in the thousands but it still a risk that your taking with a ECM.Where the Programmers come up short the wire tapped products fill the gap. Because now after the boost exceeds the 20 PSI mark the enhancement box has fuelling tables the 20+ PSI of boost and uses the CAN-BUS and the wire tap to control the VP44 with the enhanced fuelling table. This is why I always suggest a product that taps the pump because now you have a wider range of control over the VP44 over a non-tapped product like a programmer.

Not bad... Just take your time. But we do have grades out here that are posted for 16%... :whistle:That would be a bit scary without a exhaust brake.- Eletrical? issues. No radio/dome lights?
Check for error codes because a P0381 would be a blow WTS bulb...- Gosh It's Hot!!!!!!!
Windows and doors open during the night to bring in all the cool air. Like this morning its 61*F which feels nice for me. Here in about hour or so the sun will rise over the mountain and we draw the window shade and close up the windows and doors.- Gosh It's Hot!!!!!!!
It's now 8:58 MDT... Its 79*F outside and 84*F inside and I'm still sticking to this vinyl chair... It truly hot and sticky...- Where to find Air Conditioning Clutch Repair kit or Clutch?
Hmmm... Not even RockAuto.com list one either...- Gosh It's Hot!!!!!!!
Todays weather stats for Mopar1973Man...High of 99*FLow of 60*F...and it's still 87*F in the house right now.. No A/C here...- Hello from California
Actually I wanted a different live and got it...- Gosh It's Hot!!!!!!!
Ugh... OMG! It hot as hell here now... The high mark made 100*F today and its currently 98*F with a thunderstorm brewing up...- tires
I really don't understand the wider tire thing... I dumped my stock 265/75 R16 and went to a 235/85 R16 for lighter tire. This was for MPG reasons. For every 4 pounds of tire you add to the truck your required 1 more HP to keep the truck rolling.- Hello from California

Another one from California... I can't say much being I'm also from Cally too... :lol:Welcome to the family... Make sure to ask lots of questions and dive into the threads.- Gosh It's Hot!!!!!!!
Why I got super cold A/C in the trucks... With this kind of temperatures outside. I is a chillin'- Broke down
Flexing is BAD. Have you check the trailer for weights lately?- Broke down
Trailer tires should never wear a tapper like that. Thin on the outside and thick on the inside. You might call around to truck shops too that can straighten trailer axles. The only way I know to create that tapper is either...* Bent axle* Trailer isn't sitting level while towing (front to rear)- Gosh It's Hot!!!!!!!
Like I said come to Idaho... Between 0*F and 32*F I'm happy... T Shirt and jeans weather.Below 0*F its time to get out the winter clothes...Anything above 60*F is hot and its time for shorts and a tank top.100*F+ weather its time to go hide in the river or basement of the house.- Broke down
Ummm.... Ok I'll dive in on this one... Which axle is this happen on the most? (Front or Rear) What it looks like is happening is either the trailer is not sitting level on the truck or the axle is bent. - 6% winding grade trepidations with 14K on the back, no EB
