  7. You mean like this... 2002 MAP on the left and 2001 MAP on right Then the adapter cord in the background. 2002 MAP on the left and 2001 MAP on right Then the adapter cord in the background. 2001 Map Sensor and the adapter cord... Yeap I got one on my truck now...
  8. That right there speaks volumes... The fact they won't acknowledge the fact of that limitation then you know someone is BS'ing... Hey Bank's you might want to wipe the corner of your mouth you've got a little bulls__t running down your cheek...
  9. Unless it wasn't really rebuilt... I've seen that in my computer supplier for PC's. I ordered a new power supply and ended up with someones old RMA'ed blown up junk power supply. Yeah it pissed mt off but I realized if some places something on counter and accidently get shipped out OPPS...
  10. The only thing I could suggest is to call the vendors on the list and see if they happen to know of a good spot... I'm sure they hear tale of these kind of things all the time...
  11. Your good for the time being... Stay in the green zone...
  12. As for the Pac Brake and Jacobs... I can shed just a little light there... The Jacobs brake is just a butterfly plate with a hole in the plate. As for the Pac Brake they have a butterfly plate with a spring loaded plug in it. So if the drive pressure is excessive the plug opens and allows control of the drive pressure but when the RPM's are lower the plug closes and hold more drive pressure.
  13. (Subscribing) Sound interesting...
  14. Check your charging voltage first off... There is several high volt error codes present... As for the APPS sensor... http://forum.mopar1973man.com/showthread.php/2025-APPS-voltage-Adjustment-Stopping-the-Myths!
  15. Years ago there was a guy over on DTR.com that poured a 3" inch thick concrete slab in the bed of his turck... Now if you want to talk about weird ideas that one...
  16. I don't think its too much juice but a weak connection in the switch that created the hot spot. If you clean it up and get a solid connection the hotspot should go away..
  17. Sad to say most all dash part don't last long in the sun... I keep a sun shade in my windshield if left in a parking lot or keep the truck in the shop...
  18. I've already had a long conversation on the phone with you... But my thoughts of this is the fact the P0122 code is the cause but I'm thinking its wiring issue since the APPS was replaced... Anyone else got any ideas?
  19. Here in Idaho I try to stick with... Locally - Chevron Boise ID/Ontario OR - Fred Meyers, Maverik, Flying J, Loves Lewiston ID - Flying J or Chevron Now with my local fuel station I know he stays after the pump filters and has a good turn over rate for diesel fuel... There is a few Mom & Pop places around I won't buy fuel there being the pumps are in the weather, old mechanical price wheels, even the tank at one place is about ground and in the weather. The other issue I got I watch the tank vents... Like one place has no weather heads on the vents and always seems to have complaints of water in the fuel come winter time...
  20. Your right I would make it a sub forums for sure... ---------- Post added at 07:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:41 AM ---------- More I look at the choices I like the second one because the stats are broken in whole chunks instead of time line which splits many states... Let me get this figured out a bit more and get a plan together for the forums... ---------- Post added at 08:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:52 PM ---------- Ah heck with it I jumped in and just did it... Enjoy guys and gals...
  21. Holy Cow ISX... Feed that beast... The fuel gauge is empty! But mine is ECM controlled...
  22. AH64ID is right... i would pull the Edge temporarily for a test to see if it effects the performance. If not then the VP44 is most likely shot. If the code comes right back after a short ride without the Edge box then the VP44 is for sure shot... As for the MAP sensor code I would reset the codes while the Edge is out of the truck and see if it returns after a short drive if so then the sensor is bad if not the Edge box is defective.
  23. Here is my stock lugs and hubs...
  24. According to thre SGII its right there at 840-850 typically...
