Big change in my life...
Bit stressed out. Gotta jump through more hoops on Friday. Today is my first day of feeling good, no pain, healed up for the most part. Still wearing a catheter which is uncomfortable. That will be removed on Friday (YEAH!) But then hour and half later I've got to go to Boise and be put under while they attempt to put a stent in my right ureter.

New to quadzilla
You might find 30 seconds might feel a bit too long. As for the power mode, it will automatically lock to 0 during warm up. This causes the fuel map to be locked to 0 PSI fuel percentage. Once the warm-up temperature is exceeded then the power mode returns back to what you had set.

High idle requires the warm up mode set. As long as the coolant is below your set temperature then high idle triggered. Now the high idle delay has to expire before high idle starts. Like myself I've got warm up set for 170 and 15 second delay.

Cummins vs Powerstroke Diesels
Myself I've got a liking for the older 6.9L and 7.3L diesel Ford trucks. As for the 6.0L and up, no way. Not an owner-friendly when you're required to have a 2 post lift and lift the body off for most engine work. 6.0L Fords way too many issues. We've got a couple in the Fire Dept. Power wise they are OK but 6.0L and EGR cooler problems, EGR valve issues, etc. 6.4L just seem buried in a ton of smog junk can't even find the engine. 6.7L I've heard the engine is more stable and less issues. But I'm limited on information.

Dude... $2,000 for a VP44...

Everyone better look at my article about Certified Bosch Rebuilders. If the VP44 is serviced by a non-Bosch service center you take the risk of getting a remanufactured pump with old PSG unit, not bench tested and pay an outrageous price for poorly serviced VP44. This is why I created this article because there are hundreds of "VP44 rebuilders" out there but don't even have the Bosch 815 test stand to test or calibrate the PSG on the VP44. Some big names even sell USED PSG VP44's at a marked up price. Hint... DAP sells both Midwest Injection and Industrial Injection pumps. Vulcan Performance sells Induestrial injection pumps. If they are not listed they do not have the Bosch 815 test stand.

vibration at idle when at stop light
Droplet is right. Dampner will slip in rotation and later show up as a wobble.

Lucky... Let's see if you pass me at the 243k mark for my last pump. 364k on the clock.

Fuel mileage sucks! Please help!
Rv275s will not be popped or flow match it will ruin the Bosch warranty. You can only pop and flow match custom build injectors like what DAP sells. Bosch stock and RV275 are as is. No pop or flow match.

How many miles on the injectors? Any longer starts? White smoke at startup?

Vac Actuator for the HVAC dashboard vents
Even better yet.

Vac Actuator for the HVAC dashboard vents
Don't feel bad Idaho seem to be like EU a lot of times. Most of this stuff is tough to find. Glad you found something.

The funny part is looking at the racing tires. Smooth wheels, no spokes or holes. Then racing slicks are smooth and no tread design per se. From that standpoint are the absolutely most efficient tire and wheel setup.

ABS kicking in
No. DRBIII tool only. You have to flash the values into the ABS module. @Chris O. tool would do it.

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
Yes. But not worth wasting expensive oil on battery terminals.

Engine stumbles
Pop pressure?

ABS kicking in
Time to hit a dealer and have the ABS module flashed with the proper ratio of gears. ABS module isn't seeing speed properly causing this issue. There are two settings on the ABS module for the number of gear teeth and then tire rev per mile.

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
While all you have to do all this mod, I'm still using my factory cables and they look factory fresh yet. Might be another 25 years before I replace my battery cables.

Need error codes. It's possibly a bad ECM too. The limit to 1,300 RPM is called "Limited Pedal". The white smoke and studdering is a sign of the P0216 code so it could go either way possible. Get the error codes.

Best or better anyway cruising rpm
Since top gear is basically the same for all transmissions. 66 MPH - 3.55 gears - 2,000 RPM - 245/75 R16 80 MPH - 3.55 gears - 2,400 RPM - 245/75 R16

ABS/brake light
I went step farther and made a paper clip jumper. Plugged it in the sensor plug and ohmed the circuit from the ABS module. Should be less than 1 ohm.

Big change in my life...
Not allowed to drive to the appointment. I can't eat or drink 8 hours before. To me that spells OR time to me. Ugh.

Big change in my life...
Sad but true I'm scheduled to go back in on Friday. They want to make sure of my right kidney is draining properly. It sucks but more OR time from what I understand.

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
Make sure to calculate the voltage drop and refigure proper cable size. Being the batteries are farther away from the starter and the PDC this means large cables got to used.

Sorry to take the wind out of your sails. I'm just quick to use the tools at hand. Google is powerful tool.
