  1. Install the bolt backwards is fine.
  2. Auto Computer Specialist can do the testing. AC noise typically causes problems with speed type sensors. As for error code AC noise will create all lo volt codes or all hi volt codes.
  3. You could have the ECM bench tested for function.
  4. Crashed on the couch for New Years. Less painful, no DUIs, no damage to the Cummins that way.
  5. Wish me luck guys. I'm scheduled for Wednesday at 2:15pm to get this scrapped out of me. See you all either that even with a babbling message of stupidity or I'm posting in the morning. I'll let you all know.
  6. Please, don't drink and drive!
  7. Like in my choice I needed to keep my bed free. I like to haul my ATV with me on trips. I didn't like the toy haulers nor did I like the smell of gasoline inside my home. The ATV rides in the truck bed and the trailer is pulled at the bumper. Still works well as long everything is balanced correctly and not overloaded.
  8. Welcome to family.
  9. 4K is more so for extreme racing. Not for the normal person. Non-4k is more of your daily driver and can tune to at least 3,700 RPM. Android with Bluetooth... Apple products can't send data over Bluetooth so WiFi has to be used. As for me I typically run headless. No display. I set everything up and run it. No need for display if you got a-pillar gauges. Nothing is done of a PC other than flash updates. The rest of it is all done an on a mobile device. Tablet or cellphone. Like myself, I use my cell phone so when I'm in the city I can lock down the truck to 15% fuel so if someone wanted to steal the truck it only go 15 MPH.
  10. Throw it in the staff section I'll dig it up.
  11. I'm scheduled to have this removed on Wednesday the 2nd. Talk you all as soon as I make it to the other side.
  12. 1st - 50k miles 2nd - 243k miles later. 3rd - still going. Both mine failed with P0216 codes. But different failure. First one was a true lift pump and timing piston failure that stuck in retard. The second was timing piston failure this time was reversed. This time it was stuck in full advanced and knocking quite loud.
  13. Ask @Me78569 about his design. He made line kits for short time.
  14. It a mess and should get full replacement of all parts.
  15. You could have a vacuum line issue, vacuum motor issue, shift fork or collar issue.
  16. 5th wheels personally seem to do better in tight spaces being the pivot is more forward compared to bumper pull.
  17. I would just replace the square cut o-ring. I would just give DAP a call I'm pretty sure he can get those.
  18. As long as the fuel pressure is above 14 PSI there is enough flow of fuel to keep the fuel temperature down to the same as the IAT and it will follow each other right down to EMPTY on the fuel gauge. During winter time still follows the IAT fairly close just like the summer time IAT will get up to 130F or so and fuel temp is right there with it.
  19. Stock setup is fine. No gains on oversizing. Return on the left and Supply on the right. Making a 1/2" return won't do any good.
  20. Give Bitsy some time and it won't be bitsy for long.
  21. Could you fill in your signature so we know what year of truck and any modifications you've done.
  22. @IBMobile has an awesome setup with the 245's and 4.10 gears. That is geared so perfect for towing especially with 47RE with 0.68 OD ratio.
  23. When your retarded too deep the engine gets super quiet, power is low and the exhaust smoke becomes more white or bluish in color. That particular adjustment is for when you from light to heavy throttle at low boost (less than 5 PSI). Look for my article in the 2nd Gen 24V fuel section. Even Spencer liked it.
