  1. Hmmm... ECM been swapped. P0336 code is crank sensor performance error. Can you drive with the o-scope hooked up? I wonder if the signal is getting dirty or dropping out.
  2. Technically anytime the batteries are disconnected you should do APPS reset. How important is it? Well I can't remember the last time I actually done an APPS reset.
  3. No need to buy cable. All the charge can be salvaged and reused. Even the ground wire on passenger side can be reused for the driver side.
  4. Tires are they properly inflated? I know larger tires don't help the return process. Any alignment issues? Pulling to one side? Tires not wearing even?
  5. Might try the Rancho 5100 those did very well for me for over 150k miles. The KYB Gas-A-Just are doing good as well

  8. I realize this as well. I'm not after HP alone. This why I want to do my own experimentation to see the effects of pop pressure for daily driver applications and MPG goals more so than HP/TQ goals. I'm willing to sacrifice some HP/TQ for the longevity of the injectors and MPG performance. Like another brand of injector, I was given I refuse to install because the builder didn't want to provide full details of the injector. Nope, not happening. I already know that anything set for 305 bar or 300 bar I can promise the injectors will not make it a full 100k miles and be getting pissy and MPG dropping out. Morning white smoke as well. I'm tired of all the builders only thinking priority is HP/TQ. I want longevity and MPG performance. Even smoke control of the 320 bar is awesome very easy to clean up. Once I get done with my MPG tune getting it close I'll build a performance tune going all out power. Like my 7 x 0.0085 @ 305 bar didn't even make the full 100k miles. MPG on my last few tanks are down to 16 to 17 MPG. These are only 2 years old. The spray quality is shot. The beginning was good strong 20 and 21 MPG number and faded over time. Just got to remember 293 bar is the bottom end of the quality spray. This is why I jumped to the 320 bar allow for settling of the injectors and will end up in the 310 to 315 bar range and optimal.
  9. That sensor needs 3 wires to work right. Being the ECM is not the cause this means either the wiring or the sensor. One last possible failure is the tone ring is loose on the crank. +5V supply Sensor return Sensor ground Did you ohm form end to end? This should give you 0 ohms for all three wires. Requires both ECM and Sensor unplugged. Did you ohm from pin to ground? This should give infinite ohms or open circuit. Just checking for wires grounded to body. Requires both ECM and Sensor unplugged. Did you check for good +5V signal? Did you check for good sensor ground? Output of the sensor is AC voltage. It a square wave signal and the ECM counts the frequency of the square wave for the tach reading. This is why the AC noise has to be ruled out for sure. If you want to you could either just pull the belt for testing or pull the field lead from the alternator so its not active. As for the tone ring. You'll see its got a removable section for installing to the crank.This is the early crank sensor in the block near the starter.   10. Just remember bottom end of pop pressure is 293 bar. My last batch was set at 305 bar and didn't make 100k miles. I'm hoping that 320 bar I make 100k with good MPG at least.

  12. When I started this adventure on Christmas Day I was right near 243 pounds. My all-time high mark is 250 pounds. My low mark was just after my surgery at 231 pounds.

  15. I've only got a minor gut but I don't consider myself fat. According to LG Health App on my phone, it calls for my weight to be 171 pounds. I would be a rail at that weight. I figure a good weight would be 200 to 210 for my frame. Ahh heck, I'll just keep cranking that bicycle around. As for me, I'm feeling pretty good and still active. Just not enough time in one day. Like today after the stress and getting through that darn CT scan. Then I deal with the finance dept at the hospital. Now I'm settling down for the day and quitting.
  16. Nope, it had less than 5k miles on the brand new FASS 150 pump and filter not a filter issue. Being both FASS and AirDog both run 3 um like I still do. Possible but strange that we both got fuel in the same fuel station and his gelled up. Mine continued to run. If there was a water issue would we both be seeing this? I can also let you know that Chevron Fuel up here the pumps are outfitted with water blocking filters. Yeah, I've done my research on this too. I still think there was more the pump and filter is in the spray, water, snow and caused most of the issues. Being still to this day I've NEVER used any anti-gel product, never gelled up yet. Then I just replaced my AirDog pump head again (now with an AirDog 4G 165 GPH). Still in all checked my water separators there was less than a few drops of water in the fuel I drain out. I've only seen the WIF light once. This was long ago and early years of ownership and I quit using Mom and pop fuel stations. Still to this day I still lean on the fact of filters in the weather. When I'm completely out of the direct wind or slung snow.
  17. For me it started as a warm feeling then my sphincter was on fire nearly. Got hot then finally faded. That is weird how that stuff runs through your body so fast. Smell and taste weren't too bad at least for me.

  19. 6 foot 2 inch. My problem is the amount sit time. Like last Thursday I was in the truck for nearly 14 hours total since I left the house till the time I come home. One day I didn't make my bicycle ride.
  20. OMG! Did @Marcus2000monster pull the trigger on a Quadzilla? You'll be happy with the tuner. Last one you'll buy. Now I would next send those injectors in for repopping.
  21. Both had standard draw straws and both returned in the filler neck. Both filled from the same fuel station. Since I was working for this gent I got fuel at the same time he paid for it. Same fuel different pumps with different mounting locations. Mine survived, his didn't, it gelled up.
