Surging and Turbo Bark under heavy throttle
Absolutely... You should of never installed them. Nothing should be tied to the batteries. You Accessories should be wired to the PDC BATT terminal. Then after the W-T mod then the alternator lead will be gone too so that could be heavy load lug and its even fused for 140 Amps.

ABS kicking it when coming to slow stop
Move down look at SKF or Timken bearings. Timken is what most people search for. The last two I didn't have choice I had to have bearings right away being I was broke down away from home. NAPA had the parts but like I said for $260 a bearing.

Surging and Turbo Bark under heavy throttle
Yes. Manual transmission since we don't have torque converter it comes out as an unsteady throttle or cruise control. I've seen mine set for 65 MPH throttle up to 75 MPH and drop randomly to 45 MPH and start over.

ABS kicking it when coming to slow stop
Unit bearings are expensive at about 260 per bearing with sensors. Last time I did unit bearings it was a total of $520 for both. Sensors are expensive too.

Problem solved
Because there is an internal issue of the module most likely and the speed information isn't passing to the CCD bus to be received by the ECM, PCM and Cluster.

Weird issue with brake pedal feel and PS pump
You are correct. They can't share fuilds.

Surging and Turbo Bark under heavy throttle
Locking issues of the transmission... How to test for excessive AC noise... How to fix the problem Orignal article... Then the simple method of the above...

Problem solved
Why wait... You can still drive without the module just the speedometer doesn't work. Also you'll need to unhook your grid heater the since there is no speed it won't cancel the grid heater at 25 MPH like typically. https://modulemaster.com/rebuilds/shop/brakes/abs-modules/abs-kh-dodge/

ABS kicking it when coming to slow stop
Could be either front or rear. The easy way to tell. Rear sensor will make the speedometer do weird things like stay at ZERO for while then jump to speed this is a rear speed sensor issue. Front sensor need to be replaced as a pair. Check your wheel bearing at the same time if the bearing(s) are bad replace as a pair. Typically if one goes the other is shortly behind it. The sensors have to be replaced as a pair because 99% if you replace just one the other one will not match because of wear.

Problem solved
Neither. Only relies on the 3 speed sensors if braking is normal then all 3 sensors will slow together. But like in a panic stop on slick road one wheel will slide then the speed on that wheel will be greatly lower so the ABS system back pumps the pedal prevent any further pressure applied till the speeds equalize again. You need to send in your ABS module to Module Masters in Moscow, ID they can rebuild that module and fix that problem.

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
Just like the extensive studies of prescribed burning. Then the burn typically gets out of control to some extent and typically burns more ground than expected, end up crowning and taking out a few trees, or just be plain annoying by flooding the valleys with smoke and making it difficult to breathe or work. Personally, this Forest Circus folks and their studies are an outright joke. Wish good ol' Trump would clean this part of the swamp out next because there is a lot of wasteful spending here. Another secret I know. When I mentioned road closing and such. There is a trick to this. Now if USFS (Forest Circus) closes a road by goat hump, gate or any means to prevent travel. What they are supposed to do is remove that road and the funds are reduced. They are not removing the roads from the maintenance list and continue to collect funds for all road and pocket the money for their little studies and other wasteful spending. I'm sure some of the smoke jumpers that jump in on this fire and the equipment I'm sure there will be a pit dug and bunch of stuff buried like usual. (More Forest Circus Waste).

I hate to say it some people are just that dumb.

EMF Ball Joints?
Maybe should try a set of ACDelco Ball joint like I've got going yet after 200k miles. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/dodge,2002,ram+2500+pickup,5.9l+l6+diesel+turbocharged,1440064,suspension,ball+joint,10070 Sometimes you don't have to buy high dollar brand name to get quality.

Aftermarket injectors?
Valve lash check won't here. You may end up pull the injectors and have them re-pop tested maybe something was done wrong on the injectors.

Weird issue with brake pedal feel and PS pump
Just for heads up. Power Steering fluid should be changed every 30k miles. This doesn't mean suck out the fluid in the power and fill again. This means pushing over 2-3 quarts through the system until the output of the steering gearbox return hose looks clean. The steering box holds nearly a full quart by itself. 3 Forgot fluids... Power Steering fluid - Every 30k miles or every 36 months Coolant - When the pH level drifts away from 7 and turns corrosive. Brake fluid - Every 30k miles or every 36 months (Brake fluid is hygroscopic it will absorb water!)

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
Flip side... Out here it was commonplace to have cattle and sheep grazing out here controlling the fuel levels. Now sheep are illegal and cattle are limited to certain areas and times are shortened in some areas. So the amount of fuel are higher than normal now. Back in the 90's it was commonplace to see cows come creeping down the mountain behind the house or find the milling around the irrigation dam getting water. Nope... Just before the fire the grasses where over 4 foot tall back there and dry as a bone. Then talking to older loggers. It was commonplace to selective logging and keeping the lands cleaner. Now it turn it to more wilderness areas and more roads locked up and closed. Access to keeping the lands cleaned up is limited so USFS (Forest Circus) has figured just let it burn. We have had fires burning up here since MARCH! Yeap... USFS start control burns in March/April. Very rare anymore to see a clear blue sky. No. Nothing burned directly behind the house. Now 100-150 feet above the house on the road above that is another issue. Being that up there has always moved. It very possible for the road to have issues with mudslides. This would land on the neighbor's lap.

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
They are retards... I've been going out and getting burnt trees for over 15 years now. I've got a trailer load of red fir that is burnt right now. Good Lord states, "You can create nor destroy anything". All you dealing with is a solid form or carbon. Living or dead in a tree. Then when you burn it carbon is released as CO2 . Funny part just talking the fire science guys on the Rattlesnake fire he was telling me that the amount of emissions from a single wildland fire produces more than my truck will in it's "ENTIRE LIFE" in ONE HOUR! EPA worried about smog controls on vehicle why not get these fires out quit choking me with smoke for the last 2 week. I'll have to post a picture of the even time smoke levels. (Ugh)

Rear tilt. It will raise or lower the rear of the seat.

Top hat valve seal and valve train
The only thing I can think of is a form of loc-tite. It would have to bond to the metal then bond to the valve seal without affecting the seal itself.

Windshield Wiper Issue.......?
Possibly if the motor doesn't sense the park position like it should. I remember seeing my 73 Dodge Charger fail and that was funny. Turn the wipers off they would run backwards till the key was turned off. The park position read had broke and would continue to run. I'm assuming the same thing has happened the park read failed (or failing) so it some time sense to stop in the park position and other times it cycles a extra pass or two.

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
I'm going to have lots of free firewood next year. There is patches where the trees either killed by flame temperature or torched. Plenty to get next year. she is hanging in there. Long rides back and forth to dialysis and just got home now.

Not deer signs but signs that deer might be in the area. Dead bodies or blood splatters.
