  1. for your truck?
  2. less duration needed for the same power = overall better running truck.
  3. So you unplugged the quad and put the map harness back to stock and you still have issues?
  4. Down worry about it. In a perfect world that wouldn't happen but oh well.
  5. sounds like your boost elbow isn't working. Try clamping the line to the wastegate and see what happens. Next do a boost leak test.
  6. what year is the truck?
  7. what did he put your pop to?
  8. Easiest thing to check is some sort of scanning tool that you can see tps input %. You should see any dead spots using that.
  9. i'd put the scanner back on and see if the 606 went away.
  10. factory had vco, they also flow less. but with the bigger hole size you can inject plenty.
  11. @Mopar1970man I'd stick with VCO personally.
  12. ok so at what point does the readings start to scew? does it jump by 8 psi at a given point? or is it gradual as boost increases?
  13. What is the pin setup for inside the box? The quad reads boost from the ecm until 16 psi. What boost do you have at idle?
  14. I would do a boost leak test next. also inspect the turbo, is it still tight?
  15. If yours is a 98-00 and it always reads 29 then your map sensor is shot. you should see this value move as you go down the road.
  16. map on 98-00 is reported in kpa over odb. you should see that 72 move up and down based on load. if it does not then your map is "stuck"
  17. Datalog the high idle that will give us the sensor info needed to know why it is doing that.
  18. WOOT D1 status

  20. Need a part number? there's a article for that https://mopar1973man.com/cummins/articles.html/24-valve-2nd-generation_50/part-number-lookup-tool-2nd-gen-24v/
  21. Check the articles there are full wiring diagrams. 11 psi is the exact offset for late vs early trucks. I'd check the jumper inside the box
  22. 11 psi difference in map values suggests to me that the jumper inside the quad is not setup for your year range.
  23. I agree, but if you have a cell phone you are being tracked, end of story.
  24. nah they still make HD trucks in Mexico...which I guess is safer haha
  25. We have an app we designed for my actual job, it is a GPS tracking with screen and wifi connection, We have trouble with people not having high enough amperage charges to keep the device running throughout the day. As for GPS info being out there, who cares, everyone and their brother is already being tracked for x y ands z reason. It's one of hte first switches you enable when you sign up for gmail.
