  1. set boost offset to 0, see what your boost reads, then set boost offset to that amount
  2. Yea in the log please do a %100 throttle take off and rev it out in 3rd. The data log will show us if / where fuel is falling off. once we know that then we can get things started.
  3. So first step is to unstack the smarty, it is just making your tuning more difficult. The Quad doesn't care what pump you have. I can't comment as to what the dragonflow will do. Please datalog a WOT run from a start, that will help us figure out why you aren't revving out. try thsi tune. It will be alittle less powerful down low as the smarty was adding ~%40 more fuel on the base. We can deal with adjusting for that in a bit, but this is a starting point. 4. the obd plug is on the right, the left is what goes where. You will have to learn to read them to get through your issue.
  5. Everything you need is in the 24v articles section
  6. It would be lower on my list and a built 47re haha
  7. What does it read at idle? That's what you want to input in the boost offset.
  8. big big big mistake. You do not want fuel, of any kind, passing by the grid heaters. All it takes is one time of hte grids tripping for you to get combustion in the intake. Crack a few lines and crank, no need to do anything else.
  9. 2.5 is compatible with the 2.7base flash. No idea about the meassage. Though
  10. not yet, I had the plywood from the floor so I wanted to use up the scrap. still not even sure where the tank will sit.
  11. apps is the tps on a vp44 truck
  12. Well it was a long journey, but for the low low low price of $400 I am the proud owner of this. In other news I got around to redoing the floor with 3/4 plywood and a sink cabinet made for the corner of the trailer
  13. it is impossible to know until you know the code sounds like a crank sensor issue to me.
  14. welcome to the club, a good retrofitted set of lights makes a world of difference.
  15. Mike wrote a great article on it. It is in the articles section
  16. Personally I see no need to go any lower than 7 x .010's / 6 x .011's on a stock turbo truck anything smaller than 7 x .012's / 6 x .013's on a 62 mm turbo. beyond that the vp is tapped for power.
  17. My opinion if if you want offidle meat then go with 7 hope if you want upper end power go with 6 hole.
  18. Yes, the ablity to pull fuel down has always been there. You can ask for any fueling command from 0 -4095. everyone prior did oem fueling + tuning = output fueling. Rather than oem fueling * user defined % the issue with edge sensors is they are not the standard 0-100 psi 5v reference sensor. they are 0-30 or something
  19. ....that code keeps popping up. Please troubleshoot the code, the truck is trying to tell you something is wrong.
  20. lol The edge sensors are propietary I am sure, they appear to use a bus of sorts to communicated. I have my fuel pressure sensor connected for drive pressure now. Sub fueling, or sube oem commands are only possible with the quadzilla and UDC pro. Nothing new was discovered it was just that no one had ever really written the tunes to allow for the user to do so.
  21. With the assumption that quality is the same, aka same builder, yes 7 will be cleaner. Smaller hole at static pop pressure will result in better atomization per hole. This is likely why 6 hole injectors make better power though, you get better penitration into the high cylinder pressure at max boost. AKA bigger drops will push further into the chamber at peak power.
