  1. Well it appears that plans may be changing yet again. Wife's work came around and said that it might actually work. At any rate, don't count on me being there until I am there haha.
  2. I am assuming it is a 5v reference sensor 0-100 psi
  3. At what speeds are you seeing 21 mpg Mike?
  4. Just an update on my MPG venture. Filled my truck up 2 weekends ago as I was heading out of town with the camper on the back of the truck. Drove from Colorado Springs to Granby up i-70 and then whatever pass goes up to winterpark granby(~11,300') Mostly 65 mpg on the interstate and ~30 mph up the pass. ( 370 miles total) then I spent the next week driving back and forth to work, so a lot of stop and go 0-50 mph driving, not being nice. Ended up pulling 480 miles on 30.8 gallons or 15.8 mpg. Really happy with that number considering the conditions. Anyone that hasn't updated to the hosted version of the tune should. My low speed mpg has come up a good bit.
  5. The permissions on the root much be different on the headunit vs phone
  6. When you hit the "export tune" or "export datalog" button the Iquad app puts an intent out to the device to ask what programs can handle folder navigation. If you have a folder app installed you should be able to save those files where ever you like. Something like fx folder or something.
  7. I just export my files to google drive and they show up on my computer like magic.
  8. The repository it for the next update to the app which will allow an import. That file won't make sense to our eyes.
  9. The answer to this greatly depends on which version of the switch you have? Did you buy your switch through this site or from another source? Does the switch have a PCB board that it is attached to or is it Ed Graptons switch with the wires soldered directly to the back of the switch?
  10. Can you give us an exact list of the stuff you swapped so we know what modules, wiring, sensors, etc your truck has.
  11. Anything over sw3 turns the throttle pedal into a light switch. Here are the datalogs With Revo settings you can control it better. You would have to look at the smarty thread to see what helped.
  12. If the screen says %100 then you are getting WOT. I would guess your IVS is kicking off too late causing the ecm to not jump out of idle fueling until %4 throttle. The 3 psi of boost is unrelated if you are seeing %100 TPS.
  13. yep, if you are techy somewhat you can just manually load the driver for the Quadzilla. The program i wrote makes it easier for most guys. It will run correctly on a 64 bit machine
  14. That program is written for 64 bit machines. I haven't had time to update it to run on 32 bit machines. I will try and work on it tonight, I just need to add a file and update the batch file.
  15. that was our honeymoon, spent ~3 weeks with no plan driving around Montana camping at a new place each night. Some beautiful country. as for the trip, if I do come out solo I will be heading out friday afternoon and have to jet back sunday. can't take vacation days if the wife isn't with me lol it's only ~900 miles so ~13 hours. plenty of time for beer drinking.
  16. me as well, my wife loves trips like this. we were slacking a bit when it came to getting time off. I may end up heading out alone, not sure yet. If I head up without the camper and just sleep in the bed of the truck ( which I prefer) I could make it it in good time. we will see what happens, but I think the wife would be a bit butt hurt about it
  17. @jlbayes but if you rotate the apps 1.7453* clockwise you get more WOT KIDDING, follow the above
  18. return the truck to stock first, unplug the Quad and see what happens. Ensure when you unplug the quad you put the map wiring back to stock.
  19. I would agree, sounds like the Injectors are not working as they should be.
  20. happy wife happy life haha. we will see what the future brings
  21. Well sadly it looks like I am going to have to backout. Wife's work is not gonna be able to swing that as someone else in her department already has those dates off.
  22. Drill slowly with the motor running, most of the shavings will blow out without any issues,
  23. I have not found ANY offical documents related to that 1250*f number there was one guy on a forum that had a qouted email from a cummins engineer stating something like " well I dunno I guess I wouldn't push much past 1250*f" assuming you are not towing to low int he rpms etc I wouldn't worry. This also assumes you are not overfueled for your air.
  24. Canbus is the duration fueling command. Keep in mind 2000 canbus is more fuel at 2500rpm compared to 1500 tomorrow, because the engine is spinning faster. It is commons to see canbus fuel command drop at higher revs because the engine is spinning faster thus more combustion strokes per second.
