The crf450ish random question thread.
you need to select a vehicle before the settings are enabled. Go into the main menu, then vehicle selection, then any of the V2 vehicles. Your throttle response WILL NOT be the same as the edge / smarty stack. You may have liked the Stack, but the reason why your throttle response was so good is because %100 of your fueling was put between 0 - %30 pedal movement. It may feel "wow throttle response" but that is not actually accurate, nor do I believe it is a good thing. All that does is make your throttle useless beyond %30, IE makes your throttle much more touchy and gives you less ablitly to control power.. the Quad is tuned in a manner to support full throttle movement. IE: if you want full throttle use %100 of throttle. Not yelling it is just VERY important to understand that. The Quad will not try and trick the butt dyno, rather it will give you a much wider use of the throttle compared to other tunes. This gives you more control. You can make the Quad very aggressive offidle, but I typically don't recommend that as it is hard on the truck to push a ton of power offidle.

How to prime fuel system
when priming sometimes it takes a a googd 30 seconds to get it to sputter, I would crack injector lines 1 4 5 or somehting like that. Doesn't take much.,

Boost leak question
Normal. It would be very rare for all valves to be %100 closed.

Went to far. Gonna trim it back and then retest.

How do I manually install The Quadzilla Driver / Load the Quadzilla V2 tune on Windows 10 / 8 / 7
nope it is a windows only thing, mikes solution will work.

Ordering replacement steering soon
I used them for my steering stuff. Doesn't see to be holding up quite as well as the AC delco pro / rayebestos pro. but overall much better than moog.

Clean up idle haze due to large injectors. Since we can control timing now we should reevalutate what can and can't be done with various setups. End result of trying to bump pop pressure would be to try and create a better atomization of fuel. similar to what CR trucks do with their tuning. Back on the Quadzilla side of things. I have a working defueling that reduces canbus fueling on a % rather than dropping levels. Now I just need to do some testing and see how much fuel has to be pulled to prevent overboost. Anyone want to test and give me some data logs back?

Can you respond back asking what would happening if we were to manually offset idle state timing?

The crf450ish random question thread.
effectively you just maxed out canbus fueling right off the bat. pretty much just makes your 0-%30 throttle 0-%100 throttle haha. No more power no more torque, just all of your torque and power pushed between 0 - %30 TPS.

Very curious to hear thoughts

Ordering replacement steering soon
that's about what I got out of my Moog BJ's and they were like wedding bells when I took them out.

Ordering replacement steering soon
I would not suggest anyone go with MOOG anymore. I have had way less than stellar luck with their stuff over the last ~3 years

Keep in mind that pop pressure is only ~4500 psi, the vp maxes out over 20k psi I think. I doubt 20 or 30 more bar will make the vp angry or damage stuff.

Protect your lift pump
relays have a standard number to show what pin. 30 87 86 85 are printed on the bottom of the pin. At least I thnk thats what you are asking.

Hope it treats you well. If oyu have stock injectors I would keep cruise timing in the 1* or 2* range.

stumble on acceleration
I am getting the weird thought that maybe the IVS switch in the apps or apps wiring is shorting causing hte ecm to think it is at idle state? @Mopar1973Man thoughts?

Uninstall the app and reinstall, make sure you are running the APk from the thread with the flashes.

stumble on acceleration
I don't think this is a normal issue we face. 10 psi wouldn't cause this. ac noise would be a all or nothing type of thing. @Thunder2001 Would you say it might be related to going on a set throttle position? IE: if you old TPS at say %10 but increase load will it stumble, or does the stumble happen when you increase throttle beyond a set posiition?

Quadzilla Adrenaline V2 Testing
@TFaoro............... Don't mind me just not doing anything......... 1. The construction of the parts on the board. That's why the 4k is physically different. I have not sure there is a good way to do it beyond the map. We could do a similar thing to canbus, but there would require another 20 some odd tuning variables, not gonna happen. It is already variable based on the map, 0-100% ramp up based on values, Keep in mind you can contorl a lot of the map right now with the boost settings and tps settings, and min wiretap settings. 2. The Wiretap uses a fueling table to tell the quad how much of the wiretap micro sec to apply. The main fueling tables we use are in the ecm however. you would have to show me the post you are confused about. So rememeber that canbus fueling isn't 65 hp, it is roughly 300 hp or 3/4 of the total fueling we have. Wiretap will add another ~2200 microseconds on top of what we have using canbus. without the canbus fueling base wiretap is really not that much power.

found a bug in the boost defuel section effectively it would not boost defuel until 16 psi over what hte setting was for.. It has been fixed and new flashes posted to the same old place.

stumble on acceleration
@TFaoro had 2 or 3 bad bluechip vp's out of the box so odds aren't that low. I am assuming you used a good code scanner to scan for codes? I don't think the harness is bad load shouldn't play into that. What happens if you rev it up and hold a given rpm rather than just free revving? Will it hold a steady speed without bucking?

stumble on acceleration
I am assuming it does the same EXACT think on the street? Any tuning on it at all?

I like data,. Spencer sent me a butt load of data logs to look over so it will come in handy.
