  1. I have had my FASS titanium 150 on for many years now and never had an issue with it being tucked up under the front of the bed. I spend my winters above 9000' in Colorado and have never had it gell. I travel between New Mexico and Colorado all year long with several trips into Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska and Texas. A mix between interstate, 2-lane, gravel and 1000's of miles off road. Knock on wood I have yet to ever have anything damage my set-up. Just my . If something does happen and it gets damaged or dies I'll be going the mechanical route as many here and elsewhere have had great success with them.
  2. Looks good Did you ever finish your new headlights?
  3. My 270 likes these and H4831SC the best out of any I've tried.
  4. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with this one
  5. I'm curious to see the final height difference assembled compared to the old stockers
  6. I would follow the simple diagnostics here as @Mopar1973Man suggested
  7. I've been looking at those. I just can't decide how many bells and whistles I want. I'm getting tired of not seeing all the way down the sides of my trailers.
  8. What brand did you go with?
  9. In 1999 when Ford changed body styles of the F250-550 Superduty they went to a metric bolt pattern of 8-170mm. I'm sure they are from the 97 and older.
  10. This is how my FASS150 is set up. I have over 100k of absolutely trouble free miles with it so far since I installed it.
  11. Yes I bypassed the vacuum switch on top of the t-case. 1/4" air line fits nicely in the vacuum supply end. I typically do just as you said and engage 4x4 then flip the switch. When I need to be in and out of 4x4 a lot I just leave the switch on/engaged.
  12. Here you go. This was from @Haggar
  13. I agree with @Tractormanand @KATOOM! I made my own setup with a vacuum switch.
  14. My offer still stands if you need any help getting anything to Colorado. I usually leave Wednesday mornings and come back to Albuquerque the following Tuesday. Stay there for a week and back up to Colorado.
  15. I finally ordered one and got it put on.
  16. I have always had Husky Liners in all of my trucks
  17. I'm tagging along with @Mopar1973Man and @dripley with an easy 2.5-3k a month and running strong at 352k
  18. So far things are looking good. 20.1 CO to NM last Tuesday.
  19. 18.5 right now. I'll run it on my trip back to Colorado at the end of the week to see if it's still where I want it. I average 2.5-3k miles a month. Every other week I travel back and forth between Colorado and New Mexico.
  20. I dropped my timing 2.5* a few weeks ago after noticing a drop in MPG's.
