  3. I got edge juice with attitude and I hate it lmao I picked up a smarty s03 from a buddy for cheap and love how it drives I wanted a quad but isn't in the cards right now so I use the edge for guages and the smarty for tuning for the way I drive my truck smarty is all I need

Colder denser air could account for the difference say if a turbo is spinning at 1000 Rpms at idle in 80 degree weather right now say we cool the air to say 20 or 10 degrees for the given turbo rpm because it's going to drag in as much air as it can at a given shaft speed wouldn't that density change change the pressure in the intaketract in theory at least to an electronic sensor these trucks have cooler egts and faster boost in winter in my experience so I'd assume u could be making 2lbs at idle if the air being sucked in is dense enough

Will it's time to change fuel filter and water separator on my airdog 2 165 I plan on going Baldwin I have the fleetgard ff 5613 2 micron to the Baldwin BF7531 has a 3 nominal with a 10 absolute micron rating. And the bf 1275 water separator anyone have any input on this I can get the Baldwin filters for cheeper the fleet guard so I'm curious as far as I'm aware that micron should be OK and Baldwin makes a good filter I'm aware it's not a cat filter but im not expecting it to be

  10. U can run oe synthetic 15-40 I get that for just upwards of 60 bucks a case
  11. Ya I hear ya I can plug it in at work and my apartment so I'm happy it starts better then my buddys stock 6.0 powerstroke at 15 degrees and his is stock lmao
  12. I'm an amsoil dealer and I run 15 -40 oe synthetic all year round no issues it has a lower pour temp it is around -37 so u would be fine it still stays liquid enough even my distributer runs 15-40 in his 4ty gen and never noticed it crank slow it's all about the pour temp bud

I can light my 63 b4 1500 Rpms I got 20± by 1800 ish depends on tune and fuel settings I normally don't see over 15lbs and it's a pretty interesting watching my truck run I'm still getting used to this turbo it still surprises me from time to time first night I had it in drive on edge 3 fuel and romped on it i remember seeing 40+ boost and never hit 1350 get and pulled hard this truck likes to be driven hard not babyed around like I tend to I normally use less then 35 precent throttle in tune 1/5 fuel or 4/1
  16. Do not go super b had one and they are very lazy I'd get a 62 68 12 sxe and run that with 100s or 150s with quad and it should be a really happy tow pig

Ever since I started paying attention at my buddys trans shop who builds mainly Cummins trans but does everything I've seen some pretty sorry excuses for (built trans) in these trucks mainly the big name brand ones remember he warrantys his trans for 3 years unlimited miles no matter what ur doing if pulling racing it's pretty interesting watching one get tore down and put back together Interesting fact u can put a 4th gen trans in a second gen but u need a trans controller and a modded tc

Thank u guys for all the hard work Nick Tyler Mike and quadzilla Ur making something remarkable for guys like me that want a high power street truck but want to be able to reduce power so u can let gf ect drive by them self's and make it truly daily able without making rain clouds I wanna say I'm appreciative of Ur guys hard work Hey Nick quad also coming for 03 to 07 6.0 powerstrokes?
