Who did you get your pump from? While out of the box and bad is rare it does happen. What is it at idle and WOT?

Dash cover
It is quotes like that that pushed me to do more things myself.

Change to Limited Slip
Could be as simple as the clutches in the diff being worn. I think are a little thin after all these miles.

Dash cover
A good many years back while having my AC checked for leaks the shop quoted me $900 to replace the evaporator. Thats when I decided to do it myself.

Dash cover
While it is not necessarily the most fun thing do, it is not difficult at all. I used @Mopar1973Man's article for the job. It you go in that deep do the evaporator too. Might find you some more side work

Another Rectifier/Diodes Failure
This is the company I was thinking about. I think a couple members here have them. Dont remember who. https://www.nationsstarteralternator.com/Extreme-High-Amp-Output-Dodge-Alternators-s/89.htm

Loud Circulation Fan for A/C
I replaced mine many years ago with one from one of the box stores. It has lasted as long or longer than than oe. If this #2 with the same results there might be something else. What would be the magic question.

Loud Circulation Fan for A/C
Is it blowing air like a jet or just that noisy?

Another Rectifier/Diodes Failure
@W-T got a high put one but not Mechman I dont believe. He invested even more but his electrical requirements are a bit on the large scale compared to most all of us. There is another company that has a good alternator by reviews any way and it is less costly. 180 amp I believe, but I cant remember their name. Surely someone does.

Fender well Push-Type Retainers
Should not be hard to get. Most likely not just used by dodge.

Fan only blows on high
Yep. Your blower motor might be a little worn too. Neither one hard to do.

Alright, lets see it, Who's doing Movember?
Nope. Just trim it back when its gets to long. Had a mustashe for who knows how long.

Never lost mine.

VP44 Keyway Dropped into Gear Case
As far as i know it affected all of them until the updated case. But I might not know enough.

Head gasket blown - Coolant leak
Got plenty bloody spots but never broke a rib. Shazamm!!!

VP44 Keyway Dropped into Gear Case
There is some difference between the 2 cases. There is a bulge in my case just below the 2nd bolt above the dowel. Then the case differs at the second and third bolt below the dowel. I dont, however, know that that is indicative of the newer case that wont let the dowel work out.

The Future of Trucks
I looked up the focus on KBB and it only has a value of 14k to 15k. I did notice on the receipt it says Warranty Copy. Surely Ford is the only one stupid enough to pay that bill.

A/C recharge replaced evaporater core
I know I you can buy a small can with 1 oz of pag oil with an oz or 2 of 134a and some of fancy 134a or stop leak. I have a can at home and just cant remember what the 3rd part is. Wal mart has them. So do other places but for double or triple the price. Not the biggest fan of WM but somethings I cant pass on.

VP44 Keyway Dropped into Gear Case
I dont remember mine having the black ring. I think it was Cummins but may have been a Fel Pro. Just dont remember.Still dry though.

A/C recharge replaced evaporater core
IIRC the evaporator holds 1 oz oil approximately.. Pretty sure I saw that on something that @IBMobile or @Mopar1973Man posted here. I do you should add some oil after the replacement. If it has been leaking a while maybe more. Those 2 are more versed in it than I am.

Height Sensing Proportioning Valve TSB 05-04-98

@Mopar1973Man The 02 wiring diagram is different than the one you posted. It only has the oil sensor and the map sharing a 5v signal wire and not the cam sensor My spare harness has a 5v to the map and no splices. One solid wire straight to the map. The connector for the oil pressure sensor is only 2 pronged and not 3. I will check it again when I get home and check the one on the truck. Could this be because the late models are only swithches and not sensors? All the switch does is tell the ECM we have oil pressure and the ECM takes over from what i have read here. If that is the case is one wire not sufficient to comunicate that to the ECM? The other really strange thing is what in the name of Hades is the chicken man doing debating electrical systems in the first place? There is something wrong with that picture.
