Steering Pop/Click inside cab
Now that I think of it this started for me after replacing the clock spring. I had replaced the OE about 8 years ago when my ECM went. It did not help me with the ECM problem. A little over a year ago the replacement, Doorman I believe, went bad and I stuck my OE one back in and sometime after that is when mine started making the noise I hear. I have a hard time believing that noise is that piece of plastic though.

CJ-4 vs CK-4 diesel oil
C-J is what is still on the shelves in my neck of the woods.

Turn Signals
Good to hear.

Turn Signals
Could the flasher relay in the in cab fuse box or the multi function switch on the column. The flasher relay controls both the flashers and the turn signals. At least it does in my 02. I just replaced my MFS because mine were acting strangely.

Friday Funny.
I wish Mike would wear his orange vest more often. It would take some of the confusion out of these sightings.

Steering Pop/Click inside cab
i am getting a rough sound from mine under low speed steering, as in a parking lot. Only happens when turn right. Feels more like something is grinding from the 1/4 to the 1/2 of a turn on the wheel. this feels and sounds like it is in the upper part of the column in the cab. Is there not another bushing/bearing at the top? Mine does pop at all just grinding like noise. No drag on the wheel.

Adjusting parking brake
I did mine last week end and could not remember which way to turn them. I did not take long to figure it out though.

No Start No Codes
yes

Rough idle starts, then no tach or oil press
I personally had never heard of an encore block and did a quick google search and thought it was an older block from what little I found so i took a stab at it thinking it was from around the 12v to 24v transtition. I have had my 02 since new and never heard of an encore block. It would help if you post up some info on the truck to help everyone know what you are working with. You can fill out your signature in your profile so it shows every time you post. Something else I noticed in your video is your volt meter is dead also.

No Start No Codes
When you tried the starter fluid did you have the injector lines opened or closed?

Going out on limb here and thinking you have a 98.5 with both cam and crank sensors? The 336 is for the crank sensor and maybe thats your issue. The crank sensor is by the starter. What year is your truck? The other codes are pointing at the pcm but intermittent which maybe just a loose connection. Have you been doing any work around the PCM?

No Start No Codes
If you can crack 3 or 4 of them it should be enough to get it started. it does sound like you still have some air in there. Sounds like you are close. A little starter fluid like @Mopar1973Man says will help but have to disconnect the grid heaters. They can ignite the vapor in the intake system and make a real mess of things. Definitely check that in tank pump pressure. They can go south rather quickly and with out a FP gauge you will never know until it is to late.

New paint on the way!
All the better to paint. Enjoy.

Boost leak question
The return is bleeding pressure off to the tank. Decrease that flow and more goes into the supply. That equals great supply pressure.

New paint on the way!
Look forward to the after pictures. A little envious actually. Mine could use it too.

2001 idling high, rough idle
Never thought about looking at an OE one. i was surprised, they are still as available as they are. Found one for just under $200 delivered.

No Start No Codes
I doubt the diesel fuel messed the up the ECM or crank sensor. Is it trying to fire at all? a random cylinder now and again? I would say you still have some air. All you need to fire is fuel and compression. I had to change my lift pump couple years back and it took a couple hours of cranking to get it to finally fire off. Are you cranking it with some of the injector lines loose? Good to hear the codes did not come back.

No Start No Codes
1st off, welcome. 2nd, the codes would tell me your VP is gone. 3rd which relays were you messing with and was there a problem with any of them? If the key was on while messing with them I believe it is possible to set the codes if you pulled the fuel system relay, not sure though. Have you tried clearing the codes? 8 times out of 10 when someone opens the fuel system and it does not want to start there is typically air still in the system.

Injector Time
The above should say I changed the valve cover gasket at 395k miles and not 39k.

100hp 7x.009 injectors EXHAUST POP?
I few drops of motor oil on the posts works quite well. I will have to leave the electrical part to ones smarter than I. I do know if the one battery you are having trouble with has been drawn down very low to often it could easily be toast. Drawing them down like that is killer. Have you checked the battery to see if it has a charge?

when my ECM went I got many codes as you. Temp spikes from a cold , all kinds of whacky stuff. Thought i never got the 606, if did turn out to be what was wrong.
