Brake system
Mine was staked like @Mopar1973Man mmentions. I did not do that seal and was very lucky it is not leaking. Yet.

Windshield Washer Reservoir Leak at Sensor.
I wonder if Leakys leak goes drip drip drip like mine.

That was a hard one to pass on.

All sorts of problems w/quad download
The wires go to the speed sensor on top of the rear diff. Spinning the rear tires can cause that code also. Sensor could be bad too.

Windshield Washer Reservoir Leak at Sensor.
Looks like Leaky has a leaky. Mine is leaking too. I believe from the same area. Just cant seem to get to it. My lawn mower is getting all of the attention lately. Almost done on it though.

Lost my airdog today
I feel your pain. Gravel is all I have too. Plywood does make it easier on the body.

Won't start after releasing water/fuel from Fuel Filter housing
I would have to agree with both of the above. You just got air into and have to get it out which requires a working lift pump. I have been thru a couple lift pump failures and the truck still drove. The only way I knew the pump had died is that I have a fuel pressure gauge for this very reason.

Brake system
The beauty of doing just the hydro boost is you dont have to open the brake system.

Best mod ever
Wore mine out so bad the gabric coated section seperated from the door panel.imcould not figure out a good way to reattach it. They are heat welded to each other. Found a new to me door panel for 50 bucks and bought it. My elbow wears in a different spot than the previous owner.

All sorts of problems w/quad download
Just a little food for thought. I too am a bit leary on the quad for the same reasons as you are. I do want one though and will likely get one. Grounds on these trucks are vey important so if yours is having some ground issues that could be part of the problem also. It would be be good to look at and do WT's ground mod. Sorry but I cannot link it. Hope some one will help with that. Battery cables and connections, both ends need to be good. A lot of grounds on these trucks. The other thing is gas versus diesel. Borh need compresion but gas needs a spark and diesel needs temp. Timing of the spark for the gas and timing for the fuel injection on the diesel makes them both go boom at the right time. The 2 are just internal combustion engines. The questions on the Quad settings i will leave to the more knowledgeable but would offer this, 1300* is the max I would want to see for egt's and fuel pressure above 14. A lot of the other things delends on the mods on your truck including fuel pressure.

NV5600 Fluid, Fast Coolers, Filter
I need to change mine. I run the Penzoil synchromesh and got a great deal at NAPA a while back at 5 bucks a quart including tax.

NP241 DHD tailshaft bushing part number
Good to hear it all went well. I am lawn mover mechanic this week end. Repainted and rebuilt the deck and now the steering for Sunday. The lawn mower is almost as old as the truck I hauled it home in.

NV5600 Fluid, Fast Coolers, Filter
Mine is need of a refresh. Synchros are getting a bit thin. This one has about 320k on it if the junk yard I bought it from did not lie about the mileage. Wish I knew how but its way over my head. 6 speeds aint cheap to get worked on unless you dont care who does it or what they use for parts.

NV5600 Fluid, Fast Coolers, Filter
I had my doubts about those filters too. But it appears to work to some degree.

1.45v @ Ecm camshaft sensor supply
the 01 and 02 have the 2 circuits as I mentioned. Any trouble codes or drivability issues? I would expect something to be causing one or both?

Donaldson upstream spin on screen
I use the squeeze clamps like you buy at Lowes or HD to clamp at the AD when changing filters. They work pretty good.

1.45v @ Ecm camshaft sensor supply
If your are getting the same low voltage on other sensors it could be the ECM. There are 2 5v sensor circuits. One does the oil pressure and MAP I believe and the rest are on the other circuit. Some of this is year specific also. My 02 does not have a5v sensor circuit for the oil pressure, so that circuit only goes to the MAP. What year is your truck? It will make a difference.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Being off topic was something we were very good at a while back. As long as we never lost sight of the topic we were pretty good at doing that though maybe all would not agree. I had mine popped at 450, boy are they strong now. Cant keep the fuel in my lines. I also have 3 more Blue Moons in the cooler. They pop but not sure of the pressure on them. One pop and they are done.

Thats the spirit!!!! Sorry @JAG1 but that was to good to pass up.

Where the heck ha e you been? Good to see you alive and well. One thing l have gathered around here is no matter how much are trucks should e alike the more different they seem to be.

2001 Cruise Control Issues
I believe Dodge started using the 6 speed in 99. The used smaller input shaft and clutch in 99 and 00. The HO engine was introduced in 01 and the 6 speed was upgraded to a larger input sahft and clutch. These were mated to the HO engine. Some body please correct me if I am wrong but thats what I remeber. The PCM I dont think is specific to a 6 speed just to manual trans, 5 or 6 speed. I think I would call ACS, a computer vendor in vendors list, and talk to them about the issue. The mismatched parts and may the wiring harness might be issues.

P0122
Not sure what Oriellys is saying on the braket. Mine is the OE and has had 4 different apps sensors in it. Never heard that one before. I know I priced the bellcrank and sensor assembly back in 08, somewhere in the $480 range IIRC. That was enough sricker shock for me.

2001 Cruise Control Issues
Well thats part of the problem. You have an SO engine. The tranny does not make it an HO if has just been retrofitted. I am not completely up on the engine diference but I think the pistons are slightly different along with some oil cooling but not positive on that. The VP is different for sure and the programing for the ECM is different between the HO and SO. Hopefully someone who knows better can add to this. It is possible you could have the ECM and PCM flashed for a manual tranny and have the fly by wire CC. That almost sounds to easy though.
