Way better than I could have ever put it.

P-Pump 24V with V2 tuning
I have heard through the grapevine that Bosch has said that the VP44 is the most advanced injection pump they have ever built. With the common rail they moved the smarts out of the pump and into the electronics that then control the injectors. The p-pump is 100% mechanical. You honestly don't even need a battery or alternator to run the truck once the truck has started. You can run it with a simple zip-tie in place of a relay to keep it running. (With a mechanical lift pump). There are 0 electronic smarts to the truck with the p-pump. Everything is mechanical.

What Mopar1973Man said. Except Mac has a built in tool for doing dual boots. You just have to restart your machine and then tell it to boot into the other OS. I believe the tool is called boot camp. You can find a lot of info with a few google searches.

If you are missing the gallons per trip and the ECO you are probably not running the latest V2.7.7. Those two things were added as part of V2.7.7. If you know how to load it and can follow the guide found here: Then you can probably go ahead and load the following file to get the ECO and Gallons used per trip to function properly: http://quadzillatech.com/TunesDownloads/V2Tunes/ADR9802v2.7.7.exe That should have the ECO and Gallons Used pop and be functional.

Like @Me78569 said above. Its not a bad idea to double check your jumper settings in the Adrenaline module. Here is a guide to how to set the jumper (and a guide to what else you need to buy if buying used): http://quadzillapower.com/after-market-adrenaline/#VP44Trucks

Not right now. We need to look at it and its on the list, but I'm not sure about the date.

Boost Pressure High
Well, I hope that fixes it for you. I've never heard of a loose wiretap causing the boost to read high, but I guess it could be possible.

Boost Pressure High
Usually if the Boost Fooler circuit fails it fails low, to 0. Double check all the wiring, make sure you don't have a short between the power line and the sensor line, that would make it read 48psi constantly on some of the trucks. If you get a hold of a scanner you should be able to read the MAP sensor reading, then subtract off 11 and that should be what we report for boost pressure. If the MAP reads good, but the Quad reads high, then it might be in the Adrenaline. You can double check with the MAP adapter removed and the factory harness plugged in for good measure.

+50 Injectors
I think there was a miscommunication. Adding fuel won't drop EGTs, but adjusting the timing will. Honestly though, those are some really high EGTs and I'm not sure that a tuner only will fix your issues. The Adrenaline will adjust the timing how you want it over the RPM ranges. You can see a drop in EGTs but at 1350* cruising, there is definitely something else going on there that should be addressed. One thing the Adrenaline will also do is add a second EGT probe so that you can verify that your current one is accurate. It would be a shame to chase a problem that isn't real.

- Quadzilla not working right?
That can happen, especially if you use the wrong access port on the 47re. There are two access port bolts about 2 to 3 inches apart. If you choose the lower one you can run into something on the inside. You can use the fittings to make it stand-off better, but with the right hole on the 47re you shouldn't need to use the fittings. On the 5600, I've never put one in there so I don't know where to even begin. It truly isn't an expensive part if it did get messed up: http://quadzillapower.com/transmission-temperature-sensor/- Quadzilla not working right?
Step 1: Check your grounds. Bad grounds can cause all sorts of weird issues including sensors not reading properly. Its not just the ground to the Adrenaline box either, the transmission temp sensor relies on the ground to the chassis and engine block to function properly. If it isn't grounded properly it can't read properly. Double check all grounds for corrosion or bad connections. We'll go from there.- Version 2.7 final
You have the latest tune loaded then. You should be good to go. And by the way, the internal barometer I was referring to is inside the ECU, not in the Quad, that would just be too handy if we had one of those. Biggest problem with that though is that we are in a sealed system so I don't think the pressure could transfer inside the enclosure very easily.- Version 2.7 final
If your box was updated in DAP's shop on Feb. 28, 2018 then you most likely have the latest V2.7.7. If you want, you can look at the build date sensor and tell us what that says. Its easiest to do that in the data-log section at the bottom of the list. Regarding the boost pressure offset. A mechanical or dedicated gauge is always going to be more accurate than the MAP sensor that we use. For boost pressures below ~16psi we use what the truck thinks the boost is based off the MAP sensor and math done in the ECU. Sometimes the internal barometer works and reports it correctly, sometimes it doesn't. Above 16psi or so, we take over the calculation based off the output voltage. In the legacy tuning, the adrenaline always calculated it based off MAP voltage.- Version 2.7 final
Also, Did you get the 2.7.7 or the 2.7.1? The earlier versions of this file required a boost offset be set in the settings. That has been removed because it caused an issue. Here is a link to the latest version that should be good to go in case you have the wrong one: http://quadzillatech.com/TunesDownloads/V2Tunes/ADR9802v2.7.7.exe- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
So it will idle up despite the Adrenaline being un-plugged? That's got to be something programmed into the ECU. I would look at your IAT sensor, it could be that its reading really low and may need to be replaced. ME78569 is right though, you will be able to understand a lot more with a data-log.- Wire tap % question
Yep, that is for beta testing development stuff for the tunes. That's why it says Quadzilla Only on that vehicle selection.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
Yes, you need to use the snubber. VP44s are notorious for sending very high pressure spikes back on the feed lines. These sensors are rated from 0 to 100psi, but they can't handle the 4000psi spike the gets kicked back. The snubber valve knocks those down and acts like a low pass psi filter. In other words, stuff that changes slowly will get passed onto the sensor, a very high, very quick, and low duration spike that might last less than a millisecond will get knocked down by the snubber and that pressure spike won't make it to the sensor.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
It will read incorrectly if you are not running one of our fuel pressure sending units. The edge ones will usually read in that range or higher.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
That actually makes a lot more sense. Most Android devices do have GPS. That may be doable, but I've never looked into the GPS system. It may be manufacturer specific information. We would have to find that out. One concern I have is that people who use our app wouldn't want to grant permission to know your exact locaiton. Right now, its a general location that we get (mostly just what country your in) just to help determine how to handle the "," and "." characters. Getting exact location means we would know exactly where you are. We honestly wouldn't do anything with that information. I wouldn't even know what to do with it even if I wanted to do something with it, other than calculate MPH, but it may be a concern some have.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
GPS would be great, but it is expensive to add to our modules at this time.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
I'm looking into the odometer thing now. I would much prefer to use the ECU's odometer than trying to calculate our own based off of time and MPH. It might be beneficial to some degree, but if you are running different than stock tire sizes and have it corrected in the ECU its better to pull from that than trying to figure out how to do it on our side.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
It is supposed to pull the default values, or at least the values that are already loaded onto the box. However, its less successful on the Android front than on the Apple app. There is a bug somewhere in the communication system when reading stuff back during the automated pre-load of values where stuff just doesn't come in right. We've gone over it several times and can't track it down. For loading the tunes, we do several checks to make sure that we get it right on the way down, hence the delay that wasn't there before when loading a tune.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
There is a way to get the exact speed that the J1939 bus reports. You have to set your tire size to 95.7 and it will give you exactly what is reported.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
I just posted another video to show people how to tell if they have the V2 tuning loaded up on their Adrenaline device. Hopefully this will answer somebody's question. I guess the screen shot pretty much tells you how. - Quadzilla not working right?
