Bad slave Clyinder???
The only way I knew the slave was going out on my truck was I could not get it out of reverse when backing up my driveway. I had to shut off the truck and pump the clutch to get it out. Dodge Cummins NV5600 Master & Slave Cylinder Replacement

Towing with the electric fan conversion kit's for '02
Electric fans pull about 2500 - 3000 CFM, where the OEM fan can pull 25,000 CFM. Lots of HP behind the fan.I have driven the road from Payson to Phoenix multiple times and my fan never came on while driving, however, when I hit Mesa, the fan would come on in about 3 minutes. I know about the summers in Phoenix, I spent 4 years there working ambulance, and how hot they are and having a good A/C is a necessity, not a luxury.

You add the 2 cycle every fill up, at 1 oz to 1 gallon. This gives a ratio of 128:1. Here is a thread about it.

No Codes but will surge a little on steady hwy speeds or up hills Please Help!!!
I also have surging when driving down the road, its been doing this for the past 2 years. My truck has everything in my sig. Currently, after using cruise, it now idles high, about 1000-1200 RPM. It won't go down any lower unless you shut the truck off.

Smarty's code reader
I think that the SMARTY will only read the codes for the truck the SMARTY is designed for, no others.

mixing oil in tank...
According to the laws of Chemistry, once you pour the 2 stroke in, it is mixed in all of the diesel. However as we know, it will take a bit of agitation in the fuel to mix it well. Just driving it down the road about 1/4 mile will agitate it enough to mix the oil in the fuel. Make sure to put about 1/4 ounce in the fuel filter area to give a good shot to the injectors.

Air drag on my truck?
The more air flows around the object, the better the MPG's. Here is an article that I wrote about aerodynamics. http://www.dieseltrucksite.com/showthread.php?t=286&highlight=aerodynamics
