  1. Backup lights were not standard equipment until the 60's. My 57 truck doesn't have them. --- Update to the previous post... Thanks!
  2. My wife is dealing w a local RV place. The cost is about twice as much, but oh well, like you said! They online co. did let us keep the wrong side escape hatch lid because they didn't want to be hampered w the exchange.:shrug:They did list it wrong. Thanks, Dave --- Update to the previous post... 5. I wonder if my 3500 would have one, it doesn't have a backup light in the tail light housing I don't think. mines an all red Sport model. Maybe they just did it w this model. There are times. when I could use some light back there. I'd could use a setup like Michael has! Dave

Hi All,I'm new again to this camper thing so, my escape hatch vent rotted was so bad on a recent tailgate the lid blew off on the way home.So my question, my opening is 21x14 & my lid was 22x15 whey do they ask me for my rough opening measurement? 16. Yep, save yourself lots of trouble by getting a new gauge kit! I have a cheapo mech unit that I placed the sensor into my stock pan. But if you have the money, go with an after market pan as well to get additional cooling & extra fluid capacity as well!
