Brakes, power steering
They sure don't give you much info. And the two pictures look like 2 different parts. I'm not sure about that flexible braided part in the middle either. I can't say mine has that or not. I guess I'm not really sure. Edit. If you click the check fit button and then choose Dodge this is for the Caravan mini vans. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mop-52009195/overview/year/2001/make/dodge/model/ram-3500 Summits website sucks. Hard to navigate and poor info. Best I can tell this is what you want, but no where does it say front to back, left, right or anything unless I'm missing it.

Transmission cooler line clips
Thanks! I'll keep that parts link. Just my luck though that it's obsolete. I'm sure it could be done. There's a capital going through at work for a 3-d printer for 2020. And I'm pretty close with some of the engineers. Might be a good practice run. Good idea. Just saw you're the guy with the under hood mouse nest delete. LMAO every time I read that. That's one mod. I need to do

What indications are you seeing? The chicken's are growing extra down feathers or what?

Transmission cooler line clips
I know what you're talking about, but this particular clip is made to perfectly nestle the 2 lines together and keep them from touching each other. Kind of like a hen nestle's her eggs . it also holds them from rubbing on the oil pan. That's what happened to mine when it broke. The one line touches the pan and is rubbed through just enough that it's starting to leak. Glad I found it in the shop and not on the road. Wonder where @Dynamic would get it? I might try the dealership. I hate the thought of trying to explain it to the 21 year old parts guy.

I won't short cut the chicken leg either. Might try to catch Foghorn Leghorn for the special occasion. At 6'2" there's not many I have to 'look up to'. Dave's one of the not many

Cheap truck

Transmission cooler line clips
I thought about, and probably will cut and zip tie some rubber hose around the problem area. I'd still like to replace the clips though. I'll try to get Dripley to come up sometime. Maybe he'll come for a case of beer and an BBQ chicken leg?

Transmission cooler line clips
There's some plastic clips that hold the trans. cooler lines and keeps them separated and in place so they don't rub. The one clip attaches to an oil pan stud. During a maintenance inspection I noticed mine broke and the line is rubbing through. Got a new line and hose coming from R A. Anybody know where I can get those clips?

Made it to 300k
Mine has about 137k on it now. Drive it about 6k a year. A rough calculation in my head says by the time I reach 300 I'll have lived longer than Methuselah.

You're welcome! Enjoy On another note, @Mopar1973Man I can see that in this thread alone electrojake has made 6 posts but his post count shows 0. Just something I noticed and was wondering why?

Don;t worry Jake, the secrets safe with me . Seriously though, you seem to be very knowledgeable on the grid heater bolt deal and while I was ribbing you a little I;m sure your experience on that would be helpful to others here. I don't go to CF often anymore and rarely log on. Everything turns into a pissing match so quick over there and I don't care for the BS. But I always read the grid heater bolt thread when in pops up. You seem to be level headed and have a good way with words. Welcome to the forum. You'll like it here.

I see a grid heater bolt article in the near future

The crf450ish random question thread.
What I got were sealed just like the original. I didn't opt for greaseables that time. I'm not sure what changed but that set was junk.

The crf450ish random question thread.
I put 'original' Spicer joints in since the OEM ones lasted pretty long. 12k later I was doing it again. I have a thread with a video somewhere on here showing the worn out sloppy 12k joint. I won't buy Spicer again. I have a pair of axle joints laying on the shelf and I'm half scared to use them. I went with AC Delco ball joints this time and so far so good. Time will tell

AC ripple Testing
At the alternator. Reason it's lower at the batteries is the batteries are acting like a filter and soaking up some of the AC.

Looses prime
I didn't mean to pick Dave. I saw that and was thinking OMG. There's springs in there? Either I lost mine or their jammed in there somewhere. I'm always learning so I leave anything to possibility.
