Midna's build
I was overwhelmed trying to remember the entire process. I kept my phone with me and did each thing one at a time. It was really simple to me doing it that way. The alternator charge wire runs from alternator to drivers side battery over radiator. You will shorten it to run to passenger battery. This is where you can splice either a 150 Amp breaker or fuse if you want. The ground wires that you will cut to get the crummy oem connection out will be grounded to the timing cover. I used the extra charge wire to add a ground from same timing cover ground point to drivers battery. Don't forget to do the fuse mod in the blue wire to the pcm. I may have explained it wrong, but if you go step by step, it's not a bad or confusing job.

Anyone try these lights?
I've needed new lights for over a year. I like those. You're right, the daymaker headlight is incredible.....

Well, I messed up..
This is where I got my cable from when I did my truck. https://www.ebay.com/itm/261598258441?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=4Zn6cCLfQ5S&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=9oO0WjNPQCO&var=560473623453&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY I also used military connections. They are great. Word of caution, look closely at them. I bought a 10 pack to have extra. You have to pay attention to the battery post hole. Positive will be bigger than negative. There were five of each in my bag. I marked them with a marker for quick identification. https://www.ebay.com/itm/192157697042?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=M1VmrvMpTDG&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=9oO0WjNPQCO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

It's always something
Take a good one to Menard. In the bolt section, they have thread checkers. Once you know the diameter and thread pitch, they might have one. If not, you will know the specs and can check Napa or online. Diameter, thread pitch and length are important. Head configuration isn't. Hex, Allen or torx will work.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell...
So happy that I'm 64, not 24. Electric will be fine for probably most of the yoots today. They don't travel or just go for a drive out in the country. If it's not in their phone, they have little interest.

New Tool - Hot Rod
This is awesome! I was looking at those last year, but didn't believe it would work as well and as fast as the videos showed. (call me a skeptic when it comes to the internet) Finally a real world review from someone I can trust without question. Thank you. Can't wait for you to use it and let us know how it goes.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell...
I think it would be extremely difficult to make hydrogen foolproof for alot of the fools in this world today. Some of the stupid, ignorant, unbelievable things I see people do at times makes me wonder how they breathe and walk at the same time....

Winter storage, sad time of the year for bikes
Very soon I'll start tearing down my trike to finish the dechroming that I started last year. I clean, polish and cover my bikes, but in spring they are so dirty they need washing again.

Getting on site
It's strange. I just figured there was an update or a server failure or something. It's happened before that the site has gone down. Like I said, it's been since Friday. Don't know what happened or how, but for some reason the site will not load when I'm on my wifi.

Last minute prep for first measurable snowfall
So far, a dud here..... It's down to 3°. Snow has stopped and there is no wind. It was supposed to be the end of the world. Skools have already closed for tomorrow.....go figure. We'll see what happens overnight.... Looks to me it's over, but I'm not edjumecated in the weather arts...

Last minute prep for first measurable snowfall
I hooked my grid heaters up to a relay controlled by a switch in the cab. So nice to be able to use them to start the truck, then switch them off.

Getting on site
Does anyone have any idea why I'm able to get on this site off wifi, but all of a sudden on wifi it won't load? I have been on here on wifi, but since last Friday the site wouldn't load. I thought it was a site issue, but after it went so long, I asked someone and they said they had no problems. That's when I had the idea of getting off wifi and the site loaded. Any ideas?

Inconvenience of EVs
That's what I always say when something doesn't seem right...."follow the money" Doesn't make it seem right, but at least you get a little idea of why it seems wrong....

Inconvenience of EVs
I totally agree. My biggest push back on EVs is the fact that it's being legislated, slowly but surely, as this is what you will use, practical or not, too bad. Let the market decide. There is a use for both. I get the planet may be in trouble, but forcing EV on the people will not fix it. To each their own.
