Lemme know how that combo works out!! Just under 214,000 miles on the OEM injectors now and still getting 19-21mpg hand calculated!!! Hoping my religious treatment of diesel fuel with 2 stroke oil will buy me a lot more time on the OEM's.

"Worth" is very subjective. It If something is not WORTH it in you opinion, you won't buy it unless you NEED it. Worth should be determined between buyer and seller; employer and employee; doctor and patient; etc.!! WORTH gets FUBARed when government and politics get involved!!!!

How many miles??? How many miles on the injectors???? Sounds just like my Buds '03 when he needed new injectors............once he got her running, she'd start up fine until it sat again overnight.

With the fuel line diameter, I really kinka think it would be an issue................................at least until someone can prove otherwise!!!

At 4psi with (I'm guessing here) 3/8ths ID fuel line.....................I wonder if there would be enough pressure and flow for our trucks??? I'm almost positive that it wouldn't work on the 2nd gens.

Replaced the "other" 2 doors this afternoon. The "mode 1" door and the "mode 2" door. About a 4 hour job; as the space to work in is even tighter than the "blend" door and the "recirculation" door which I did whenever I started this thread. But I got it all back together and everything works just like new now. The "mode 1" and "mode 2" doors determine how the air is routed thru the truck...............floor, dash panel, and defrost. The the indexing pins on the OEM doors were broken so the truck couldn't determine were the doors were upon start up. The 3rd gens recalibrate the door positions each time the truck is started.............if the indexing pins on the doors are broken this can't be done..................and the air goes where ever the doors stop. Wanted to get this done before my NoDak trip in a couple weeks and especially before winter gets here!!!

WD 40??

My electric Autometer UltraLite FP gauge does this on my truck also. My sender is pre fuel filters, so I don't have a "snubber". I think is the "regulator" ball moving back and forth. My regulator is in the return line going back to the tank. Mine will also bob back and forth as the grid heater cycles in cold weather. 3rd gen truck here also.
