  1. Had some worries about coming down, with that much weight but it was a non-issue. Went up fine too. I always loved the power of the Cummins, but the truck gets kudos as well.
  2. Hello back. Welcome to the site.

Quick put all the toys away, before more show up. Seriously welcome to the site.
  4. Is that an unphotoshopped blower setting on a platform feeding a 6BT? Pretty neat setup if it is.
  5. Only if it's a two party out of state check that has been signed over at least 3 times.
  6. Glad your problem is fixed, drip. I'd hate to have to come out to Iowa to tow you back. Family price being only $7.99 the loaded mile and all:tongue:.
  7. No need to rub it in. Or I could tell you that I filled up this morning and the price was 3.179 the gallon. So there.
  8. I see him working his wonder almost everyday.
  9. Put an OEM radio in from the junkyard and all is fine.
  10. As it turns out is was the radio in Dad's truck that was causing the draw on current draining the batts.
  11. I think he means more like once a day at those milages. I would check it with the truck setting on level ground cold.It takes awhile for the oil to completely drain back into the pan after driving.
  12. I might have to reconsider friending you Drip. Friends don't let friends drink Yeungling
  13. What he said ^^^^^^^^^
  14. Glad you have it fixed. I have found on the wifes 300SD that a mity vac and a vac gage are your best friend when it comes to vacuum leaks. Everything on that car is controled by vacuum. It even runs through the ignition switch, because the fuel shut off on the fuel pump is held open with vacuum, so when you turn the ign. switch off it shuts the vacuum line going to the fuel shut off.
  15. Glad you found us.
  16. Good questions. too new to this game to answer, but I will be following along.
  17. Regular unleaded is under $3 in SC but not diesel. It's still above at $3.369
  18. Well I don't want to go into it on an open forum. Took less than an hour and I was home 4 hours later. Not for a blockage, but I did get some stitches. Root cause was a pulse of 34. Could have went to work the next day, but decided to take it easy. All is well now except for the pocket book :banghead:Thanks for your concerns and well wishes
  19. Ended up in the hospital for an overnight stay. Things are good, just a slight detour.
  20. Yes, mine is 2wd. It weighs 6460 without me in it. I'm pretty sure his is 800 ft-lbs as well. It has the 6spd auto, and i'm pretty sure Dodge advertises the C&C trucks as having 305 and 800. In any event if his has only 610 like mine, mines worn out. Even accounting for the 4.88 gears it has alot more power than mine. I've driven the C&C with a 32 ft 20k GN behind it with 18k of tractors on it, and it flat walks the dog. Mine would be asking what the heck was I thinking, when I took off with a load like that. It would pull it, but it wouldn't like it. I'm talking at least 36k GCWR. I know mines not worn out, so either the 4.88 makes that much difference, or it has the 800 Ft-lb. download in it.
  21. I was thinking the same thing, but didn't want to be disrespectful on an open forum.
