Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
Pull them out and have them pop tested. That is the only for sure way. You'll never be able to test for pop pressure or spray pattern issues unless you pull them and have them tested.

Still not enough voltage after replacing several alternators
The charging system is extremely simple. Green wire is a variable ground controlled by the PCM. Blue wire is a key 12V lead. So if the fuse is cracked it could randomly charge and then quit. I've seen weird things happen with fuses cracking and not blowing out.

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
Like myself, I got home to thick fires smoke and going to get worse tonight. Then tomorrow I've got to fly up to the Fire Chief's place and help him work on fire trucks and get repairs done. If I can't play on the fire then I'll volunteer time with the fire dept. Keep all our tools in working order and ready at the drop of the hat.

Call DAP and talk to them. I'm sure they will make it right.

2002 5.9 dodge 3500 SLT automatic
HX35 can run 35 PSI with boost elbow installed. EGT might be a bit lower with that 12cm2 housing compared to the 9cm2 housing on the HY35

Surging when speed sensor is plugged in
Now you got to ask why did the alternator fail? Bad cables or weak batteries can too. So if you don't want to have never ending loop of changing alternator you might want to service this stuff. Grid heaters can cause the failure too by starting and idling excessively.

wipers don't park
The old 70s Mopar stuff was the same way plastic bushing that snapped on. Typically had same dab white lithium grease.

You'd be better off upgrading turbos. HX35W is bit better. Still I would take care of that weak link called a 47RE stock transmission. You might talk to @Dynamic he's our site transmission guru.

Power
Funny part my old Edge Comp was a very smoky tuner. Using a set distance and acceleration between two points I found the Quadzilla better tuner being it could get the fuel when I needed it and not before. So now to break this down for 12V tuning you would need to find a plate with a proper profile that fuel at the right time plus having the AFC housing adjusted properly and releasing when the engine needed it. Like myself with 7 x 0.0085 injectors I start out with a fuel limited to 80% to get the spool clean. On my performance tune I start at 90% fuel which spools faster but with smoke till spooled. 90% is about all my HX35/40 hybrid can take on launching. Beyond that it all smoke and not extra power is gain but also might be lost being its possible to blow the fire out with excessive fuel and not enough fuel. (extreme...)

4X4 bearing Hubs and ABS Discussion....
Might be true but inefficient at power usage. Like myself, I replaced my refrigerator and was shocked with how little power the new refrigerator took to run. Then I've got an old heavy cube glass CRT TV and that boat anchor need to go. That thing takes a ton of power to run. Then my new flat screen takes so little power that my inverter has a hard time even seeing the TV turn out. So they might last forever but upgrading might outweigh the loss...

Weird issue with brake pedal feel and PS pump
The bad part is that the sludge will be high in the gearbox and most likely require a full disassmebly to remove the sludge from the gearbox. This is why you need to keep up on the fluid flushing and not worry much about the filtering. Just like engine oil if you leave it too long it will sludge up the engine. The only way to clean the engine up is fully disassembly. Oil filters still won't remove the sludge.

Surging and Turbo Bark under heavy throttle
Solder the wire back together that all. Remove the filter. Use some shrink tubing. BD noise filter are junk.

Power
I would of ran a plate personally. Give some sort of control of the fuel vs. boost. Excessive smoke isn't going to light the turbo quicker nor will it produce more power.

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
Where is the EPA now? These fires are pumping out more CO2 and other emissions that my truck does in one hour. Why isn't the EPA charging the USFS for carbon credits? Why just pick on the little people why not pick on the very same federal government that creates these BS laws and guidelines. Make you think... Funny, I just heard this over the radio here at Sorbenot's Coffee shop here in Ontario, OR. Scary...

I'm in Weiser, ID right now and the smoke is still bad. Ugh...

Am I filtering fuel enough?
At this point in not going to worry much about specs. When I'm capable of getting 243k on VP44 I think what I've got is pretty good. Being the water isn't an issue, predicted rarely even sees debris, then I'm changing fuel filter both very 60k mile and barely darken the filter elements. I look more it the fact I buy quality fuels that don't require a bunch of filtering hence why the long change intervals.

Rattlesnake Fire, Idaho - 2018
We are under a "Stage 2" evacuation order now. After yesterday's 105 to 110*F temperatures, RH of 15% the fire broke free and made a good run. It continues to run south along the ridge going towards Boulder Creek and Hillman Basin. Smoke is still nasty here and makes for horrid days of being trapped inside all the time.

Grid Heater Harness
You can make your own. Just need to lengths of wire, two lengths of the fusible link, then the 4 ring terminals. I think its like 8 AWG wire. I'm not sure of the fusible link size though. Another solution, if you can get lucky, is going to salvage yard. I never remove the cables just unhook from the battery +. Matter of fact I ran all last winter without grid heaters.

Surging when speed sensor is plugged in
AC noise issues... I would have the alternator tested for high AC noise.

Get these for punching out the unit bearing quick. Stick them in an air hammer and drive those bolts out! Works really good! https://www.amazon.com/Lisle-38210-Hub-Remover-Dodge/dp/B00396DMMA

Surging and Turbo Bark under heavy throttle
Like I wanted to keep my exhaust brake so when @CSM was willing to let me have his HX35/40 Hybrid turbo I rebuilt it. Come to find out my stock turbo is a 54/60/12 (HX35W) then the HX35/40 hybrid is a (60/60/12). Flows more air, quick spool, and just about the same as 62/68/12 (close but not exactly.)

Totally agree.

Nope not I... I'm going to guess it would be @Cowboy .

Surging and Turbo Bark under heavy throttle
Apparently, the pump is too small and not keeping up if you have 3/4" fuel lines. Even my AirDog 150 does better with 1/2" lines at 17 at idle and 15 WOT. The pressure drop is a sign that your "demand volume" is outweighing the "supply volume" so pressure drops off. When on my setup the pressure drop is very small showing that the pump is capable of holding its own and supplying everything the VP44 requests with 7 x 0.0085 injectors and Quadzilla Adrenaline.
