Death wobble issue rears it ugly head again
I'm thinking of using BBs in my tires. Cheap have weight and will self balance the tires.

98.5 crank no start
You still need to look into the communication error problem.

Why I do not like wide tires
Here is why I don't like wide oversized tires on any vehicle. Take notice this Chevy truck loses the entire brake rotor as well. People don't realize the stresses that oversized tires do to steering and suspension as well as wheel bearings. This is more common than you think... Consider the legal side after this accident just because someone wants their truck look cool...

Personally, I still think it starts at the tires and shocks. Yes, I've seen several members without a steering damper with no issues.

Pilothouse/RAM3500 build
Wow. This is a long project with lots of home-crafted solutions. I'm still patiently waiting to see the end when it rolls.

P1694 code is communication problem. Without looking I would say ECM. https://mopar1973man.com/cummins/articles.html/24-valve-2nd-generation_50/51_engine/obdii-error-codes_94/p1694-no-bus-message-received-from-companion-module-r139/?do=getLastComment&d=4&id=139

Death wobble issue rears it ugly head again
I've installed Bilsteins on other vehicles I'm not impressed by the performance. Feels stiff and harsh ride on the 2nd and 3rd Gens. Just my personal 2 cents.

98.5 crank no start
It's still possible there is an issue. If the wait to start is flashing like he said in this morning phone call that means something is wrong. I suggested checking power and ground pins on the ECM and contact Auto Computer Specialst. Yup he called this morning for help.

98.5 crank no start
ECM issue. The wait to start is directly hooked to the ECM and one of the first instructions at boot time to control that light. If you didn't yet I would contact Auto Computer Specialist.

Manual to power window swap
Kind of figured. You'll need to most likely hit a salvage yard for the wiring.

Internet Provider Failed...
Well, I finally had enough of the unstable internet here at my place. I made a call to Ziply and talked to a technician about my Internet dropping out and how I could be on a call with a client and then the phone call will start dropping out. Ziply technician said she would send out a technician to verify the signal and figure out what is going on. So the next day the technician comes out to the house. We had a nice long chat I will admit I know this guy very well. He informs me that all the wiring is in good order and no reason I should be dropping service. He also informed me some of the new equipment is already in McCall just waiting for it to be switched over. Well after that visit basically to tell me everything is in order and working. I placed another call this morning to Ziply and proceeded to ask for a discount for service being they can no longer provide the speeds I'm paying for. As I explained to 4 technicians about this it is a "breach of contract" that I'm paying for a service they are not capable of providing the speed and service I'm paying for. Typically in the evening, it gets so bad that I start dropping calls for my business phone (Samsung / Android) on Verizon Extender. My cellphone pager for the fire dept can't work unless there is a good WiFi signal which there isn't. As displayed on my router... Link Speed: 26558 / 1914kbps After having a long heated conversation with these 4 Ziply Technicians the best they can do is give me a one-time discount of 20 dollars off my bill for 3 months. This not going to fix my service or keep me on the internet. I even brought up the fact I could start calling the BBB and attorney and see about getting money back or a good discount. Again I more or less hit a wall and the final technician couldn't do anything more. The problem is typically people call me after work in the US. This means the east coast is 2 hours ahead of me and I can handle their questions and issues. But by the time Mountain Time gets off work, my internet is down to crawl and I can't have a long phone call without it breaking up. That's another reason I've not been posting videos because the upload speeds are horrid and slow a 3-minute TikTok can be over 30 to 40 minutes. Just like populating the store with products is slow as I wait for the server to respond to each item I place up in the store. As you'll see below my server is A scored and fast to respond. So I'm going to continue to stumble through this slow and broken internet till I can get StarLink. The biggest problem is the initial start-up cost of $600 for the equipment and then the first month of service. Now I know a friend just down the road a mile and played with his setup and I love the solid internet he has from StarLink. So as soon as the store gets running I'll invest some money into dropping Ziply and switching to StarLink.

Even a Blue Top will do the same. I've got the quick ratio box. But... You can rebuild a stock OE box for about 70 bucks and make it tight too.

You know my acronym for F O R D? For Only Retarded Drivers. If you are dumb enough to buy a Ford you deserve either case...

New addition to our family
Loki is similar in that respect. He will follow his family around and watch closely. Like tonight I went to town to pick up Jake from work and Loki was right at the door alerting me to the fact someone was coming to the door. Once he can see us his alert turns to a wagging tail and happy to see us. Dogs are wonderful companions. Some day ill most likely gets me another Dobbie or German Shepherd. I like good working dogs that are large enough that makes people think before just coming in announced.

Cyl injector lines loosening up over time- is there a torque spec?
In all the years of doing injectors, I only left one line loose on a member's truck. I never measure line torque. I just go by feel. If you crack a line loose while running you see the required torque to make it seal and run. Then I just add a bit more and that's it.

You be correct... I just look in the Dodge FSM to verify...

Stellar looking dog... Kind of has that German Shepherd look. She looks like she is a high-energy dog and loves to be with her humans. Kind of like @Honey Badger has a pup as well just coming up on a year old his name is Loki. Husky and Healer cross and boy he can be an attention hound at times. He loves to go "T R U C K I N ' " if I would ot say it or go for the door with my truck keys he's sitting at the door waiting to be loaded up in the truck. Teach them early and they will travel everywhere.

Lower engine noise with bio diesel?
This is because Biodiesel is lower in BTU/Gallon vs Petroleum diesel which is much higher. High the Bio amount the lower the BTU's being its higher cetane fuel and there just isn't the BTU's in the fuel. On my last trip, the previous tune I netted my Boise trip and home 21.6 MPG. I don't know why but I backed the cruise timing down on that one and now brought it back up. Now I'm seeing much better EGT's that are basement low, engine load (amount of fuel) is lower to maintain cruising speeds on flat ground, timing isn't rattling the engine hard at all. I've found some secrets and have been running with them and really making good gains. CLUE: You can crank up some serious timing only if your boost is 10 PSI or less. Also, have to make sure cruise timing drops out at the right time because if you are holding that high timing and start building boost you can take a risk of blowing the head gasket. Also have to be careful about the types of fuel you are going to use being the cetane level in Biodiesel is high. Where petroleum diesel is typically lower with more BTUs so timing you have to look at fuel types and how much cetane and what your IAT temps are like. HINT: Colder air needs more timing to allow fuels to ignite at the proper time.

24V NV5600 “runaway” please help!
I've got a Timbo styled APPS in the store. https://store.mopar1973man.com/dap-commercial-grade-throttle-position-sensor-tps9804.html As for wild throttle try down the W-T ground wire mod. https://mopar1973man.com/cummins/articles.html/24-valve-2nd-generation_50/51_engine/electrical/w-t-ground-wire-mod-simplified-r574/page/2/?tab=comments#comment-149 This might fix it. But have the alternator tested for AC noise.
