  1. So just the labeling was wrong but the measurement was right.
  2. Ok so I'm backwards... Corrected now... Compressor Inducer 60mm Exducer 83mm Turbine Inducer 69mm Exducer 60mm So it would be a 60/69/12 then right?
  3. Basically that what it looks like. So, that would be a curved blade wouldn't it?
  4. Hard telling right now till the injectors come. I can say from the little 30 mile trip it seem the boost pressure is lower at cruising speeds which I'm fine with. I'll see more tomorrow as I make my trip down to Boise.
  5. First read over the diagnostics of each code. There is only 1 ground wire to worry about. The rest of the grounds are subsystems like lights. Have you tested for excessive AC noise?
  6. Yeah Yeah Yeah... Chrome makes it go faster...
  7. I got impatient... I finished up the turbo bolted it on and put my stock injectors back in. Forgot what turbo whistle was all about. This turbo is just a weebit laggy with stock injectors but once the Quadzilla kick in it will pull nearly 40 PSI of boost as is. So the +75 SAC's will be an awesome upgrade to this turbo. As for the Stock HX35W it measured 54mm on the compressor. I got to admit it was kind of fun clocking the segments of the turbo again.
  8. Another reason not to do leveling.
  9. Hard to tell till I get my injectors... The engine is slightly in pieces right now.
  10. Hmmm... If the connector is dry already I found compressed air will help getting them apart. Blasting air in the joint of the plug sometimes will move dirt and dust out making them separate easier. Like others said PB blaster, etc to help lube it up if the connector is clean. Small screwdrivers... Some time combinations of all the above. Where the PB blaster and compressed air will drive the lubricant into the plug making it slide easier.
  11. According to Jacob @dieselautopower it about changing some of the parts to allow the pintle to stroke long in distance giving a larger flow of fuel before it closes again. I would just suggest you call Jacob and ask him. I'm kind of my last leg of the day and tired.
  12. I'll have to check my stock HX35 for size.
  13. No problem. I'm about 2 inches above the full hole. Won't hurt a thing.
  14. We'll find out very soon. Tomorrow I'll work on the turbo and get it installed. Just waiting on the injectors.
  15. Check again... I think ita 59 for a true Holder rebuild kit.
  16. Make sure to transfer both PCM and ECM as a pair. Makes sure to take the donor wiring as well. Reseal everything while the engine is out. Inspect everything for damage or wear. I would suggest just RV275 or +50HP injectors for towing and Quadzilla. At nearly 17,000 GCW (RV) didn't take much to make the frame twist and the tires break loose at about 400 HP at the flywheel. Even when I was way up to around 25,000 to 26,000 GCW hauling hay still the same story it would arch up and the tires would break free if you got to deep into the throttle. I'm going up trying a HX35/40 turbo and a set of DAP SAC +75HP injectors (7x0.0085)
  17. Amen Brother... My leveling kit means time to relax. There are more smiles to my leveling kit. What I think looks horrid is the people that level a truck empty then hitch up a heavy trailer and it looks like a Squatting Ford. These are the people that piss me off at night with their headlight blaring in your face and that is their lo beams. Their hi beams go well into the trees. Best off leaving the front unlevelled so when you load up it is level...
  18. Using a HX40 compressor on a HX35 turbine.
  19. Kind of where this article got started from...
  20. Well it's happening... Didn't quite finish the rebuild yet...
  21. That's is what I'm running. The Quadzilla Adrenaline iQuadBT. http://quadzillapower.com/2002-dodge-5-9l-cummins-adrenaline-with-iquadbt/ Then stop back over and pick up the flash here on the site.
