crazy fuel pressure & engine speeds
Are you talking about qwadzila screen, if so make sure you have everything selected under settings, drivetrain info. And for tire circumference if your is say 97 put 95" On fuel gauge you need a needle valve before sensor, that is only open enough to have enough pressure to move gauge up slowly to it operating psi

@trreed thanks for clarification, I was starting to doubt Cummins, now where is my couch

air filter
Could be another reason why my hone marks didn't look as good as they should of at 153k when I did my HG, PO had a K & N on that I got rid off shortly after buying my truck.

Any one use these injectors
I would also stay away from eBay on parts like that, unless it's a reputable place. Definitely not something to save money on. We'll spend your money for you don't worry. My last two sets of injectors were from DAP also and they seem to be working good.

Quadzilla PV1
Just spend money on quad BT, and I would go with Android personally. Then you can flush your module yourself or send it in and have it done, download tunes and off you go. Sounds simple I know, that's why we have endless topics on this subject lol.

How many KMS/MILES you got
You're scaring me man. So did you rebuilt the engine or still using it, can't remember I'm sorry. The reason I'm asking is mine only has 160 k on it and I already had to put new valve guides in the head, and also my hone marks were not as pronounced as I would have liked them to see. So I think my truck was probably abused too before I got it. I never did compression check, still seems to be running pretty good. The only other thing I can think of, engine been changed with a high mileage one or oil was never changed. Because valve guides on the Cummins should last at least half a million miles in my opinion.

intermediate miss at idle
Did fuel mileage go down hill right after changing injectors or was it like that always, if it was like that before could be a sign of a wore-out VP

air filter
Most of us use BHAF and they do make a pre-filter for them. Just Google it, there is a lot of places that offer them.

limp mode
I'm sure they do, EPA is not going to reverse their thought process, they probably just came up with different solder. But then again that's just my opinion.

limp mode
That's just a sign that it may be bad I would do more investigating. I would hate to be wrong on this.

Fuel injector lines
@015point9 if you remember which place told you that plugin off VP is ok, it'd be nice to know so we don't buy any pumps from them.

Fuel injector lines
I think his talking about newer common rail, unplugging electrical to injector so it doesn't dry fire the solenoid in the instance if you have to deal with same issue on newer truck.

Lift pump not firing before start and after key bump
Most of the time they can't test failed diodes at part stores, you'll have to do it yourself or take it to reputable Starter Alternator Rebuilder.

Drive train info
Well either way I got it pretty close, my main concern was on mph. My mpg offset is at 150 and really close to my actual numbers. What I've noticed is anything above 65 my MPG drops like a rock. Just going from 65 to 70 equals to 18-19mpg to 13-14mpg according to quad and I know it's fairly accurate. What's weird is if I go 75-77mph then I actually gain a little bit 14-15mpg but up hills it'll drop even more. This is also on my daily tune that I've modified since I've posted it, it's a bit aggressive and not made for mpg. But the passing power is what I what love

Drive train info
Thanks Nick, that was my thoughts too. I know tires are not what they are a advertised, if you get 35" tires different brands measure different hight. Most of time a 35 will be 34 so circumference will be off. I'm just going to leave it at 97 maybe bump it to 98 so I'm closer to GPS. This brings another question, is your MPG mode depending on correct circumference I assume.

Lift pump not firing before start and after key bump
Need info off your truck, any codes present, did you charge batteries before starting the truck after sitting that long. At first glance my suspicion is batteries were low, you fired it up and let alternator do the charging along with grids cycling. This is just a suspicion and just a wild guess, you've burned up one or more diodes in alternator sending AC ripple and might of damaged your ECM. Is your wait to start light comes on right away with key on.

Drive train info
Is MPH accurate if all filled in information is correct. Trying to figure out how far my I'm off and who's lying, my speedo, GPS or quad. My truck info 6spd, 3.55, 285/70/17 Tire circumference comes out to 102.7 in. I have to have it at 97 in. to match my speedo at 70mph, GPS says I'm going 70.7 mph. If i set it to 102.7 quad will jump to 75 mph.

Sounds like the answer to best MPG is smaller tires and driving like an old man, been proven again and again.
