That's funny, I don't know where my "Like" button went...but that's funny. Lucky you saw them. I understand that emergencies dictate that you have the right of way, but it is imperative that they verify the inspection is clear before blowing through. the SPs that I met on Sunday realized that they should have done just that.

I have a couple of Mr Heaters that I use in my ice tent. Once in a while they will shut off and will not light again until I open up the tent and air it out really well. When the O2 levels get out of whack they will shut off, but a CO2 alarm is a great idea. I bet that will keep that camper pretty warm.

The cops driving the car were great to work with and they weren't trying to avoid blame. the driver was a female and I think her pride was more hurt than the car she was driving. Certainly not the way I wanted to end my UTA, but what do you do.

Well, I'm 35 and I got in my first accident yesterday. It was my drill weekend and I was heading back to work from lunch. Sucks to lose your DD especially when it is reliable and paid for. I was coming through an intersection with a green light and the security forces come through on a red. They turned their sirens on as we both got in the intersection...too late to do anything with. Neither of us were going very fast, speed limits were only 20MPH. Nobody hurt, but my truck just turned into my DD. At least fuel is below $2/gal.

Wasn't there a post on here with a picture showing that someone cut out the cross member to drop the oil pan. After the job was done they bolted the cross member back in there? C'mon, sounds like a great addition to the article to the data base!!

I was suspicious about the price so I contacted the seller and they had it mislabeled. It wasn't the complete kit, he said it was just the rails. The refunded my money and took down the other hitch they had advertised. Too bad, I thought I had a great deal...I guess I'll have to pay full price like everyone else.

I've been keeping my eye on this hitch for a while to replace the current ball in my be. The set up I have now leaves the ball permanently in the way and I have always hoped to get a turn over ball. Any who...I was scrolling through Amazon today and found the one I need for $220, regular $450ish. I have a Mr Buddy heater that I use in my trailer and Ice tent and they are great. They would work really well in a camper.

If it is a small pin hole, couldn't you have it fixed rather than replace it?

I'm not sure what would be scarier, losing control on the freeway or realizing that you are sitting still-broad sided on the freeway. I watched this happen to a car next to me last weekend. We were coming down a cold canyon on a clear day. As soon as we hit the bridge the other car lost control and went off the road and tipped on its side. It doesn't take too much ice to make you lose control. Certainly more entertaining to watch than experience.

My exhaust and resonator are listed in my signature. I don't have any video, but it sounds great and was easy to install.

Does the dash have to come out to get all of this out? Are you able to clean this heater core up, or are the cheap enough just to replace?

I bought mine from rock auto, around $115 each. You will want the mounting bracket. The tow mirrors are quite a bit bigger and the bracket will help stabilize and secure those mirrors.

Wow, is that brought in by mice? Seems like that might be a little restrictive. Did you shatter your dash in the process?
