  5. Are you getting 12 to the plug under the dash? How about at the fuse? I would spend some time with a Multimeter isolating the lack of power.
  6. @woodtrucker Noticed your post on TDR, I would be shocked if the Comp didn't use the same timing map as the EZ so I doubt changing to the comp would solve your issue.
  7. Anything marked ATF +4 is Synthetic, The spec for ATF +4 is VERY specific about the fluid. One thing is that all oil must be made of Group III oil which is a "synthetic".
  8. If it has ATF+4 o nthe label it is synthetic, it must meet standards to have the name on the label.
  9. The ribbed lense like OEM has is meant to defuse the light. Upgrade would be to go sport or to retrofit projectors. If you want to just replace what you have then I would go with OEM again from Ebay or similar. If you are going to use the halogen bulbs again then don't get clear lense aftermarket stuff, the housings are just not good.

  13. Doesn't matter what mods the truck has the ecm will do the same thing based upon sensor input, it doesn't take Moda into consideration. As for what the ecm does you can just data log on lvl0.
  14. DAP or vulcan for a new injection pump, they both use a certfied vp44 rebuilder.

  16. A bfh to get it off. Oven trick to get it on with some light taps to seat it.
  17. The smarty is pretty timing aggressive. The only tuner that allows for timing change based on user input is the quad.
  18. Well no more shake. Ended up have 2 completely trashed u joints in the rear shaft and 1 questionable u joint. Who knows if the center support was bad but I replaced it too.
  19. @Carbur8tr I gave you more boost for free I'll look and see but honestly the boost thing isn't of huge concern to me provided it is stable down low.
  20. Another vote for timing issue. I would take a look at your IAT and verify it is reading correct and not low.
  21. Great info, What happens if you use your 12* with %80 scaling for timing limit, but use 3-5* of timing on the timing reduction variable? That should make your boost climb like test 4, since it will hold timing lower longer, but keep timing up top near 25*. Cake and eat it too.

  23. I will once I get the truck back on the ground, she is up waiting on u joints and a center support. My mileage seems to follow cruise timing variable pretty close, my best mpg comes at around 3.5% timing so far, netting ~19.50* at 65. 12* at %80 gives you a pretty nice timing curve, not to aggresive that would max out before 25* total timing up top. If the truck is happy and you are happy...........I am happy haha One note looking at your tune, You Wiretap Max TPS % is 99% if you got WOT while boost is below 10psi the quad will set psi to 10psi and ignore the map sensor. just in case you noticed wierd fueling down low.
