  1. You can never be too safe, never know what you might catch.......
  2. i'll donate the buck for that cause. Maybe we can get mexico to pay for the wall
  3. I hate to suggest a vp44 without any codes, but honestly running gas through the pump is likely enough to wear out an old pump. Anyone local do you that you can swap pumps with for a test? i'd try that personally.
  4. you might probe the lift pump wires from the ecm to the plug looking for breaks / shorts etc.
  5. very strange. I feel for you man.
  6. Nothing wrong with what you have as long as it keeps up. gauges are a must as you have proven. just because something is aftermarket, doesn't mean it is good quality. I went through 5 raptor 100 pumps within 2 years. the vp44 is a good pump provided you treat it well, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
  7. you're fine, I just want to make sure you get the answers you need as guys may not always check dynamic's thread to answer a question of yours.
  8. if the ecm is not supplying 12v on start them there is nothing to blame but the ecm as far as I know.
  9. Yea it should be just a standard 4 pin relay. easy to swap it with another one and see if the issue goes away.
  10. that was my thought. I had a relay that would take a couple extra second to flip due to grime inside the relay. It got worse and worse until it finally stopped engaging.
  11. have you checked the relay for your pump to see if it is "sticky"?
  12. Chad, I would suggest you start your own thread in this section for your build and questions so we can keep things in both topic on track. Thanks Nick
  13. All of the warning lights are LEDs. I replaced mine all.
  14. Looks fine. The tc solenoid would be my next guess.
  15. Good point, thanks. Just trying to keep stuff straight.
  16. not really, just creates more heat in the trans fluid. I wouldn't tow like that.
  17. I missing living in that area, I need to convince my wife that mountains aren't that great
  18. You are. Dynamic is a well know trans builder in the PNW area.
  19. peak shaft speed is 130,000 rpm at a 4.5 PR so at sea level 40 is about as high as you want to go and stay within the efficiency islands. Nah I have a bmw 750il for when I want to go fast. The truck isn'y very exciting over 70 mph hahaha.......the bmw however is just warming up in 2nd at 70
  20. 2 or 3 seconds only haha, the on ramp was short, and I was moving too fast. This is the first time I have seen boost levels over 34 psi with the vgt, 39 is a little out of it's map, but not too bad. I topped 75 mph haha, whew doggy stay out of my way
  21. Did an actual %100 TPS run today. 39 psi 1400 egt Not to shabby.
