Borg Warner sxe300 62 65 14 turbo :)
won't hurt to try it out. It will be a huge improvement over the hy35. Again good is good enough.

7 x .010's are the best injector for a Daily driven VP44 truck with 500 +- 50hpish goals. they will get you 500 hp without cranking duration through the roof.

a 62/68/12 is good for 200+ hp injectors with proper tuning or 7 x .010's without I wouldn't even consider running that turbo with 50's lol. with proper tuning 7 x .010's are GREAT for a stock hx35. a 62/68/12 is good for 500 + hp. Issue with the injector size limit is most tuners run VERY large duration and TONS of wiretap to push injectors to the limit. It is a MUCH better idea to run bigger injectors and less duration to = the same power. Diesel shops put these small injector limits on the turbos to protect their butts from guys running Smartys stacked with Edges or similar. Remember I towed my gooseneck over I70 at 10,000 altitude with a he351ve ( 60/60/3-25 cm housing) with 7x .012's (aka 250 hp injectors) without issues. I keep harping on it, but tuning, tuning, tuning. It's only the 2nd gen crowd that overlooks the importance of tuning.

Just for fun...
psi != power. CFM = power. A huge single at 65 psi is flowing MUCH more cfm than a 366 at 65 psi.

Yea, hindsight would have told me it was a sham. on well.

Quad tune
If high idle is enabled and you are on lvl 0 it will high idle regardless of coolant temp. Thats by design
-
Quad tune
it is not tune related it is a system wide setting. warmup mode controls when you can change power levels, not high idle. High idle is on or off and only happens on lvl 2.

Quad tune
verify you dont have high idle turned on in the app.

Need help with tune
Give our starter tunes a look over https://mopar1973man.com/forum/185-standard-quadzilla-adrenaline-tunes/ Any of them marked " mid injector" should work for you. might give Mopar1973man's tunes a go since he has 7 x .010's as well

no whistle means the turbo actuator is toast. You are running the housing wide open at 25^2

Fly out there to get the car and it wasn't in decent shape. lots of issues there were hidden etc so I walked on the deal.

Gallon Trip reset every power cycle
Yep I found the issue, I went back in to take another look and felt alittle stupid. hard to spot but simple mistake. @Quadzilla Marco has the info to fix and rebuild. I am not sure what all has been put in place for long term mpg averages, but I see issues with that code as well, but I dont see a sensor for that yet so I am guessing it was never finished.

I worked on this today. I think it's fixed, but they need to test

150 hp injector tunes
- Borg Warner sxe300 62 65 14 turbo :)
7 x .010's are more than enough to spool a 62, it will spool it fast and will overspeed without a wastegate. you would likely be overspeeding the turbo everytime you went WOT. that's the issue. Gateless is a terrible idea. Running a turnbuckle is the same thing and a bad idea if you want the turbo to live a long happy life. Issue with using your foot to control things is you nor your foot knows how fast the compressor is spinning.- Quadzilla files!?
I would do a boost leak test. Guessing you blew a intake gasket or tore a boot someplace.- Quadzilla files!?
Try going back to the default tune in your tune list. Go back to lvl 10 and try again. Does it boost to ~50 psi again? I wish the EGT was hooked up but from what I can see the canbus fueling command is VERY aggressive, but boost is not coming up. If I was to take a blind guess I would say you tore or blew a gasket / boost / intercooler on the default tune and you have a HUGE intake leak. If the default tune does boost high still, load the anti torque tune, change to to the highest level, go down and back up 1 level if it is already there, Go out to an empty stretch of road. Stop > go WOT from a stop until 80 mph and post that data log. I am guessing it smokes like CRAZY right now. - Borg Warner sxe300 62 65 14 turbo :)
