Borg Warner sxe300 62 65 14 turbo :)
Again a gateless turbo is either going to not reach boost until too late in the rpm band to be useful or you are always going to be overrunning the compressor and risk blowing it up due to overspeed. The purpose of a wastegate is to allow you to run a turbo that is efficent low in the RPM range so you create useful torque, while being able to bleed exhaust gasses when the engine is running at high RPM to prevent overspeeding the turbo. Don't run a gateless turbo. If you want to save money install a he351cw.

Quadzilla files!?
What level did you have the anti tm tune on? Export the datalog and post it in hole so we can see everything.

150 hp injector tunes
Moparman has you set for a daily tune, then any tune with "Mid injector" in the name is geared to 150's https://mopar1973man.com/files/category/22-quadzilla-standard-tunes/

Little hard to read your post, but I think I got the just of it. Gateless turbo is a bad idea. The waste gate allows you to run a smaller turbo in a wider part of your powerband without overruning the compressor on the top end. This is what we want for a diesel truck, we want fast spooling to get torque up where we need it for towing. without proper control of fuel and timing bigger injectors = higher temp and more controling egts adn smoke with the right foot. A large turbo will help top end smoke, but it will not help low end smoke. low end smoke will get worse as nearly every aftermarket turbo is going to spool slower than an hy35 given the size of it.

Check your wiring etc for ground issues on that side.

crack her open and take a look I guess? or if it is under warranty, time to get on the phone

what causes wait to start light delay
WTS is just the coded way of the ecm telling you that it is booting. Kinda like this. Nothing more than a notice that "it's booting"

Old Quadzilla and new iQuad app
no reflash needed, but the quad might be bad if it is causing timing issues. If it has a bad board it wouldn't not connect to the iquad.

Carbon footprint
If only we had an efficent way to produce huge amounts of clean energy with minimal waste product..... oh wait I find it funny that the same people who are for the green movement are against the nuclear movement. Hopefully we figure out fusion soon, we need some way to produce a huge increase in power need without fossil fuels.

Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
looks like a typical stock truck tune, timing is a little "safe" in the 2500+ area. I would not have any issues adding 2* of timing from 2500 and above

Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
I dont know what tune you are talking about.

Lope tune
again you may RUIN your vp44 trying to do this, be warned
-
Lope tune
I dont think the code allows for a lope tune anymore without holding throttle at %1. set tap min and max tps to 0 again...not a good idea.

Quadzilla data link splicing
No damage. That should fix it

Help with a Towing Tune
How does it run? Personally i would add 1* or 2 acrosss the board. Fuel load timing pulls it down while towing.

Quadzilla data link splicing
A plug on the quad (solid green) to the blue wire on the ecm side Yellow green wire on ecm to wire b ( solid blue) on the quad. A to A B to B C is ground

It is not tire height it is rolling circumfrence. Use an online calculator to figure out the right number to use. Bad news for you on the injectors. I would suggest you sell and get proper VP injectors. DDP uses marine nozzles which = heat and smoke. general rule of thumb's 100's = 7 x .009 150's = 7 x .010 200's = 7 x .011 250's = 7 x .012 there is ALOT of wiggle room to that. You could try running a 7 x .011 tune, but I have had nearly no luck tuning DDP injectors. last guy that did it had to run my 7 x .013 tune to clean up his 7 x .010's and even then it was hot and smokier than it should have been.
