  1. sounds like you have a map sensor that is giving up a ghost. The stock fueling wont allow for that much pressure. however if your wastegate is stuck closed it could in theory build that much boost.
  2. first verify you have a 4k box it should 4k on the sticker Next ensure you are on the 98-02 4k V2 profile. Lastly we can't see any format in the tune export in the image you sent. you need to attach the tune for us to look at.
  3. what vehicle profile do you have selected in the app? what happens when you email yourself the tune and try to open on the phone? Does it prompt you to use the iquad app to open? What device are you using?
  4. use google to look up a custom pid setup for whatever app you are using.
  5. I suppose romex would work. I doubt you would have issues with the solid wire as that wire wouldn't really ever move / bend.
  6. did you drop throttle to %0? if so then yes that is normal.
  7. do you see more than 1 sensor value drop to 0 at the same time in the data logs? a group of 0's tells me the quad is loosing connection from the ecm, a single sensor dropping to 0 tells me the sensor or data source is having issues.
  8. you could troubleshoot the calculation in the app to make it right. I found what it is for a 98-00 trucks, but I didn't have a 01-02 to test the calc with.
  9. Does your dash gauge work for collant?
  10. check the canbus connection under the hood, also check your grounds for the quad and the power that taps the fuse. sounds like you are losing connection for a split second.
  11. Bad connection under the hood on tge quad
  12. watch yourself boys, the dirt can turn real mean real quick OP, how are you reading this code?
  13. depends on the sensor. some are more accurate than others. age, wire condition, etc etc etc
  14. Or a broken wire. dropping to 0 tells me that the ecm is loosing connection to the sensor. I would expect a code though. drag and drop the datalog here.
  15. Coolant is read from the ecm, so the ecm is sending this bad signal. I would data log the issue, then I would start checking wiring for the ect, then I would replace the sensor.
  16. it might I dont know much about it.
  17. yes they read data from the ecm using the j1939 bus, not hte odb bus
  18. ..words...things...stuff. ill have to read later my brain is dead
  19. They will all be the same. The truck doesnt report values according to the standard we have now.
  20. 4.3 % at idle state is your issue.
  21. read live data from your IAT and ECT sensors. are they accurate? If the IAT got damaged and read low temps it would cause high idle.
  22. the retrofit source is the place to go, that or light werks use the article I created it gives you what you need for the mini h1's just run the d2s's if you want more light. the relay system is the same though.
  23. The value you are seeing is not psi. I didnt figure out the conversion. But your numbers are close for what i remember
