  1. Mine held a 295/70/17 perfectly until I added 5" exhaust. I just put some 285/75/17 nitto terra grapplers on my dually and don't think you will be disappointed.
  2. Welcome, I grew up in east Tx off of I-30.
  3. Don't even need to do that, I didn't.
  4. Yes, I used a 2000 ecm in my 98 with no problems.
  5. I printed off Mikes TSB and took it to the dealer with me, they charged me $75 and learned something new that day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  6. Mine does the same some times but its not cold here. Just kinda random and I usually clutch it then rev it and its fine.
  7. Welcome bud, sounds like a fun truck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  8. My first fass lasted 7 years and never a glitch. The only reason I traded up was for the p-pump swap and my new fass works just as good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  9. John, bunch of good looking trucks in Tx. You would have enough left over to build the trans and start on the motor http://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/cto/4068060271.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/ctd/4043897947.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/ctd/4061575642.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/ctd/4067167401.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/ctd/4008127137.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/ctd/4050210277.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/ctd/4066982262.html http://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/ctd/4066980852.html - - - Updated - - - There are two links per line, my setup wont let me push the enter button and skip down to the next line
  10. Brian, my buddy would like to send his HPCR injectors out to be tested and set back to stock performance, is that something ya'll do?
  11. I would go for the southbend hd setup over the valair. I heard valair adapts the 1st gen trucks hydro's to our trucks rather than making an actual hd setup. It could be bs though.
  12. Mine gets better mileage around town and back roads than on the hwy. Filled up earlier with 468.5 miles and used 26.16 gallons of fuel for 17.9 miles. I had my 16' flatbed hooked up about 80 miles or so moving some stuff to the new house.
  13. I talked to Fred and he said to pass his number on to you if you would like to ask him questions. I will send you a pm with his info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  14. Your t-case is mounted 18-20" behind your trans and there is a short driveshaft connecting the two. The rest of the setup is just like a married setup. You will have to make mounts to mount the t-case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  15. Good looking truck, looks like my buddies back home. Here are pics of his gauges Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  16. Does not but I was thinking driveline angles with the short bed might not work. Try to find a setup under an old truck and measure the entire setup. I know of a guy on CF that had a 12v with a 2wd nv5600 and divorced np205 but it was a long bed.
  17. I would do a divorced settup with an np205, its one of the strongest made and plenty around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  18. 4wd nv5600 trail housing, output shaft, t-case???? Probably better to find a 4wd nv5600 or if you have a long bed extended cab, do a divorced np205.

  20. Mine has a tee in it so I ran a hose up high and put a differential breather on the end. It will spit out fuel when I top off the tank but I have not figured a way around that yet.
  21. It holds a bit over 4 qts but I ran 6 in mine.
  22. Mine is the same way and the new fass set at 46 pounds does not help. I ran a few feet of hose up from a vent to always have a good vent.
  23. My buddy has an 04 and recently put in all the gauges your wanting and it looks great. He got isspro ev2 and likes them, I will see if he will send me a few pics.
  24. I like to monitor them all but if money is tight and your just trying to get started, I would go for egt, boost and rail pressure if your running a programmer. If no programmer, I would do egt, boost and fuel pressure.
