  1. after i change my fuel filter...and cycle the key a few times..cause i have a fass hpfp..i dont crack anything..and mine fires in the same amount of time:thumbup2:

  11. turn the key to the run position three times fast and check the codes...start in the off postion and go ..off run,off run,,off run and leave it in the run position and look where the digital odometer is..hope this helps.thoses are a 325 horse/600 ft.lbs of tor trucks...they run good!! --- Update to the previous post... check the turbo for excessive shaft play..they may have taking care of the truck and they may have been hard on it..the dealerships can make them look brand new. --- Update to the previous post... oh and welcome to mopar's awesome site that he has created!!!

  17. i called cummins in wichita yesterday and got the price for the seal/tool installer kit....$32.95...man..would have thought it was more expensive than that..i am not complaining at all.and...the tube of r.t.v. that the folks out in the shop use is grey..he said that is what is used for sealing of parts with heat and oil behind it...$14.95:thumbup2:

  19. hay dually..how about the ultra black permatex like i/you/dealership uses?i have always used this product when i drain the front and rear diffs.knock on wood...i have never had any troubles...would this be o.k.?
  20. i really hope that you had them replace the factory lift pump....please say that you did:pray:..and get some 2 cycle oil in there and use in every tank...1oz. to 1 gallon of diesel:thumbup2:you and your new vp will appreciate it!

  23. outstanding...i will never know why anyone would want a powerstroke or a duramax...they prolly don't get that empty..6 in a row makes 'em go....and i use 2 cycle oil in every tank thanks to the MOPARMAN!!:thumbup2:
