Sad to say this hard to put into text on the forum. Christmas Day I was working around the house and thought I picked up a UTI of some sort. It got worse through the evening. The next morning its started to clear then turned into I can't urinate. I drove to the hospital and found out I've got a tumor in my bladder partially blocking the right ureter. Never the less I was outfitted with a catheter and sent home with an appointment for a specialist in Meridian, ID. The ran the camera in me and sure enough, there is a fair size growth. The plan is by next Wednesday to have it removed.

I'm going be out of action for a while. Anyone local to me I would like to ask for assistance if possible. My Great BoD's here are going to have to pick up the operation of the site for a while.

I'm alive and well for the most part. Shaken by this, Oh hell Yes! The huge burden of trying to take care of myself and MoparMom dialysis. Then the mental stress of it being possibly cancer. Today I'm going to try and just as much as possibly gain some strength so I can just keep trucking. I've got to keep rolling for MoparMom's sake.

Again I'm tapping @BrianAtSmarty for the day of my operation being I will be in the hospital for at least two days. He's going to put us up at his place and shuttle MoparMom on my days I'm down.

Awesome news. My right kidney is healing. Ultra sound shows is not as swollen and there is hope. No surgery required today.

Even Paypal has a percentage they take so what's the worst of the two evils. Nick is right it would take more effort to sort out the fund and keep things straight.

Paypal doesn't charge a penny if you're sending money to friends, which is what this is.

So this requires a GoFundMe account? I don't have one and I really don't want one.

Same... I prefer to stay away from it.

You can donate to the site if you feel better.  The coat to transfer from PayPal balance to bank account is %2 or something.

Okay, thanks. I don't mind the service fee I just don't like online accounts that ask too many questions. The web site is fine, I will go that direction.

Wow!  Mike!  I am so sorry!  I had no idea this has happened.  I have been rolled up in my little world of issues and have pretty much closed out the internet to a large degree.  I just got to this last night got to the email that Me78569 sent out.  Just got done reading through this entire thread.  You are in our prayers and I am glad to see that you are at least on the mend.  Hang in there and keep the faith!  I'll be in touch.

Mike,

My family of 6 will keep you in our prayers.

Wish I was closer to help.

You've saved me cash and frustration over the last few years.

As for this morning, a wonderful gent started talking to both MoparMom and I. The conversation continued and I finally gave up and told them what is happening to both of us. Being MoparMom on dialysis and me with bladder cancer. He admitted that he is not a priest but asked if he could pray for both of us. I said "yes". We all gathered in a circle in the restaurant and he proceeded to prayer for both us on the spot. Then conversation continued after the prayers and then he took our bill and paid it. Wow! What an awesome morning from a total stranger.  :thumbup2:

Thanks for sharing that story Mike and I had no clue about this issue.  Currently in Topanga Canyon visiting my cuz and my unc who is not doing well.  I too have cancer health issues due to agent orange.  Will be sending check to forum as soon as I return home.

I was diagnosed in 2015 with prostate cancer but the way it was diagnosed was through bone and lymph node scans.  It had already jumped ship into the lymph nodes and now significantly into my left femur.  I've blown through medications like a hurricane and am now hooked up with OHSU research Doc (Julie). Had 2 scans about 3 months apart with no significant change between them.  When she first gave me that info about the femur I asked about prognosis and she said 3-5 years.

I told her I have an 8 year old grandson and for him the sun rises and sets on me.  I said I believe in God, there is someone looking out for you, the power of prayer and miracles because as recently as 2010 if not for a miracle you and I would not be talking today.  I then said I have asked God, not for me but for Makiah, for 10 years to see him to adulthood or a complete healing miracle, not for me but for several of my friends who do not believe as I do and you know who you are Robert, Cris and Walt and maybe more.  She said I think you will get it.

We recently bought some wood flooring from one of our local pastors my wife knows and I had shared this with him and a couple other along also.  As we were leaving he asked to pray for me and of course I said yes.  So 5 people laid hands one me and prayed right in front of the storage unit.  While I was not having too much issue yet I have felt really good ever since and that has been a couple months now.  Will be praying for both of you.

There is no fee to transfer to a bank account.

The only fee comes out of the transfer if you’re paying for goods/services. Sending money to friends/family is 100% fee free.

Russ Roth: Thanks for sharing. This is a great testament of His power and prayer.  I too am alive today for reasons only known to Him and I don't question it.

Mike: You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Leaky

Dude, I'm not getting any breaks here. Got MoparMom to dialysis and then after dinner in Ontario my AirDog blows the fuse its locked up. Now finally get towed home last night yeah that was expensive and running through a snowstorm. I finally made it home and got to bed by 1am this morning. Now I'm up calling the hospital canceling my appointment till I can get repairs done on the 96 Dodge and get some sleep. I'm going to be train wreck today.

I will admit that Kryptonite towing is awesome Derrick is a super nice guy and took care of us and got us home safe and sound last night. Hopefully, he made it back to Nampa, ID last night and didn't have much trouble.

Now I'm going to be in repair mode getting vehicles fixed and going. :duh:

Damn!  Can't win for losing. Hopefully AirDog will step up and stand by that life time warranty.  Have you called them to see what they can do?
