  1. Umm... Stock up for a month??? This room has shelves and all 4 walls fill with food and one running down the middle... Oh yeah we only go shopping once a month... http://forum.mopar1973man.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1080
  2. Mine hovers right at 193-195*F empty... Loaded I'm seeing 197*F... This is on the SGII but stock gauge hovers at 190*F.
  3. Actually no... There is much more to it... Because no boost was still like 300 PSI compression... There was displacment, compression ratio, and boost pressure... I do remember that ^ was used in the math... _________________ Added to the post... Found this... So in the Atmosphere pressure just add you boost pressure to the 14.7 PSIA figure... (35+14.7=49.7 PSIA) I'm pretty sure Cummins is 16.3 or 17.0 Ratio... (SO and HO) (17.0) ^ 1.3 x 49.7 = 1,976.7 PSI compression pressure... (35 PSI boost) (17.0) ^ 1.3 x 14.7 = 584.7 PSI compression pressure... (0 boost) I know if someone want to verify the formula and the math...
  4. If you look at a PCM on a manual trans the PCM is like got no wires... I bet the Auto trans has ton of wire going to the PCM...
  5. By chance do you have the math for that figures??? I would love to add it to my collection of weird things...
  6. Geez... Did you drive around in circle? Also you never even got to a traffic light? Little less that Idaho... Ummm... Yea... Ok... Here is where i've been workin' ...
  7. I've been looking for a service manual for Bosch fuel injection pumps for a very long time now... It must be one of the toughest documents to hunt for... But as for rebuilding a VP44 that would be a awesome job to do...
  8. Did you pinch a wire during install??? A lot of times when you short a wire to ground it creates a HI volt code...
  9. As for your question... I would say around 450-500 HP... Most people say they can't get a vP44 over 550-600 HP without serious changes somewhere or using drugs. So I would have to safely say about 450-500 HP...
  10. Change your cap? Maybe the cap seal finally broke down a bit and leaking pressure off so the boiling point is lower now and the coolant is leaking out of the system into the bottle. Maybe got a air bubble in the system but with a weak cap it won't burp out...
  11. Ok so its one of the front axle wheel sensors either came unplugged, got wet connection or failed...
  12. Ummm... Someone did the math for me awhile back and it about 960 PSI at 35 PSI... (Trying to remember)
  13. They only reset after the the repair is done and the vehicle is MOVING! If you just keep starting the engine and shutting down it will never reset. Don't bother to dis-connect the battery it will not reset ABS code. So does your speedometer work right?
  14. Flman could you copy that article and post it up... Please...
  15. Typically there is a MPG gain to it but now calculate in the propane your using and see if the MPGs are rising or not... But of course thats after you install the propane setup...
  16. More I think about our phone conversation the more I tend to want to agree with the thought of parking the truck in the backyard buy another 24V and part your truck out for your new truck...
  17. What's rather odd in your pictures... The 13" clutches are about 2 wide in friction material and the stock clutch is like 2.5 or a bit more...
  18. Geez... You are boered... Enjoying the M73M driving simulator... Ok... As soon as I get my truck back up and running there will be more videos to come... Thanks... I also love the sound of it too... But what I think is awesome is the fact I've never done a brake job yet... 167K miles... That's a lot of trips up on down the mountain using a exhaust brake! I noticed no comment about the Boise County Court House...
  19. That a valid way of testing as long as you know which pins you got to bridge... I can't seem to find that connector...
  20. Intank pumps were Dodge's idea of replacing the stock 98.5-2002 lift pump with something better. As for the AirDog 100 or 150 either way your going to have to put a drawstraw into the system because you cannnot pull fuel through a dead lift pump. There is the basic style of drawstraw and the newer version that goes into the stock basket with some mods to the orignal sender...
  21. Yea but if you stuck a Auto ECM in a Manual truck then there is no idle governor set for it so hence the idle would fall rapidily and be loppy becuase there nothing to pull it back up. More I think about JL I would go for the dealer flash more. Because the fact the Smarty will follow what all ready on the ECM so it will noe enable that switch for you. So I would contact a dealer and ask for a reflash with the correct software...
  22. I did once in awhile but excused its as fluke because it like once a year I might smell it... When I pulled it out it should explain the smell. But it sucks that now I having to wait for a heater core to be shipped from Canada... Come on UPS... Looking for a Brown truck to show up...
  23. There has to be some sort of adjustment there for the contact...
  24. I don't see any reason why you couldn't use another propane bottle as long as the threads are the same in the valve (left hand). I'm curious of your results to using the propane setup...
  25. After all the work ot produce this video and upload over 150 MB of video file and no one has anything to say? Wow!
