  1. I've got a bit of information... http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/cummins/2ndgen12v/inc-pump/inc-pump.htm You might talk to ISX as well... ;)
  2. When you removed the pick up assembly there will be a bit of fuel caught up in the cup. (about a pint or so). You'll need to drop the tank or pull the bed off...
  3. Damn that sucks... 8| For good information I would grab the Dodge FSM book and head over to the clutch section and read about the clutch disc and flywheel. There is a lot of good information there... http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/tips/cumm ... /books.htm
  4. For that big boy I bet money it going to be a 727... I can't see it being any other tranny for a big block... (But I could be wrong...)
  5. I would just cap it... If you can't find a rubber cap and a clamp you can clamp a short hose on and put a piece of dowel rod in the fuel line for a plug...
  6. Well that gives a clue... You might check over your APPS wiring and make sure there is no problems...
  7. The only gauge I know of that doesn't respond properly is the MAP... It should start at 14.7 PSIA and go up to 54.7 but for some reason it starts at about 28-30 and goes to 37.7 then stops... Now the MAP shows true on 2003 and up Cummins... :thud
  8. Double check the switches in the steering wheel... It might help to clear the codes... THe rear brakes shouldn't have any effect...
  9. I understand why the slave cylinder doesn't have bleeder screw is because the air bubble would rather travel upwards but there is a curl in the line right at the cowling which happens to be higher than the Master Cyl so no matter if you had a bled screw it would take quite a bit to get the air bubble to go down hill..
  10. Any error codes... http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/cummins/2ndgen24v/obd2-error-codes/obd2-error-codes.htm
  11. Is this on a 3rd Gen?

  13. Oh... This changes everything... http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/cummins/2ndgen24v/abs/abs.htm Oh you mean like this...
  14. As far as the P0500 code most likely not...Sound like you should contact the tranny shop that did the work somethings not right that's for sure...
  15. Go to your local hardware stor and pick up a spring and add it to the bellcrank on the APPS sensor to stiffen the throttle up for ya...
  16. PCM controls the cruise control... Basically is the switches in the steering wheel still working?
  17. As for me with a Edge Comp on 5x5 I'm seeing 21-22 MPG AVG but 25.3 MAX MPG for a record high... Or... http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=pq0XG5qRLsM
  18. Its possible you got a air bubble hung up in the ABS pump pump. Or the other fact you might of lost your master cylinder on the brakes. I've been told that if you don't normally bleed you brakes it could damge the MC seals internal when you push it to the floor being the bore now is rough from debris that is normally not touch in normal operation throw...So at any rate if the pedal is building pressure then you got a leak internally. Typically master cylinder...
  19. OUCH! That had to hurt the ol pocket book... :broke
  20. Like today I wish I had a camera with me... I was out in the middle of nowhere helping my friend with the ranch build trails in the forest. He's been renewing old forestry road and skid trails for use with his ATV so he can manage his cows. Quite fun and interresting work! Seem tomorrow it back to the grind with either diesel work or computer work I just don't know which... LOL :thud
