Smarty/TST stack still relevant?
Still trying to gain back my high MPG number like with my old stockish injectors and dirty Edge Comp. So far I'm still about 3 to 4 MPG lower with my current setup.

Same here. Stock tuning is extremely Smokey and EGTs are much higher. Towing would be nuts.

Gauges, Bus and Distribution Block issues
Probe pins 3 and 11 on the OBDII port do this in reference to ground. Normal CCD voltage should be 2.49 and 2.51 volts. If the voltage is not these numbers then that leg of the CCD bus is the problem.

Smarty/TST stack still relevant?
Fact is that the CANBus fuel value is from 0 to 4095. All the stack does is fool the TPS or APPS signal to 4095 sooner with less APPS signal. Like @Me78569 shown with data logs of just the Smarty alone it can reach full fuel signal below 50% APPS signal. I really doubt the stack will make any more power.

The time has come to produce the Mopar1973Man High Idle & MPG fooler switches again.
Yes, the ECM needs to be flashed to enable the high idle software. Most all trucks have the high idle software disabled. You can use a Smarty tuner or have the dealer do it with a DRBIII tool.

Boost low, egts high and mpg down
Trust me turbo mounted exhaust brake will not affect your towing ability. That is 10,000 pound of hay. I've towed much heavier loads and never had EGT issue even with 3" exhaust.

Smarty/TST stack still relevant?
The biggest thing people call me for is attempting to clean the smoke up at the same time wishing to get the most from there larger injectors. That's a tough call to do with a Smarty S-03. Ive worked with several people that are pretty firm about keeping the Smarty because of their larger tires and need speedo tweaking. Smarty typically works well with stockish injectors but more the person modifies the truck improperly the harder it is to clean up.

Morning Pic For Today...........Post A Pic around your place.....
Heck, where I'm hiding in Parma Idaho this morning there was frost on my pickup. So winter is just around the corner for here too just need to drop the temperature a bit more and start snowing. I'm not looking forward to the long drives in winter conditions... Ugh...

Shopping for an exhaust brake, what do you have?
I've got the Jacobs Brake from Dodge bolted to the back of my HX35/40 turbo (3" inch outlet) with 4" exhaust now. With my current tune on the Quadzilla I've got a hard time exceeding 1,200*F EGT's even towing. Tunning is more important than exhaust size. I'm towing 8,000 pound RV with +75HP (7x0.0085) Injectors from DAP.

Gauges, Bus and Distribution Block issues
Best thing I can say it to pull lose all the CCD devices except ECM and PCM and see if that helps a little if there is any shorts to ground or bad modules like overhead computer fouling the CCD network. Remember the PCM is the source of all CCD signals. Also remember when a device talks over the CCD every device listens for needed data. For example ABS transmits speed data the ECM, PCM and cluster will listen. Not so much as passing from ABS to PCM then cluster.

Custom Quadzilla Tuning R & D Thread
For the most part I'm close to sea level with elevation of 2,800 at home. Then Riggins, ID with 1,800 going lower to Lewiston, ID at 800 or so. I can reverse this head to McCall at nearly a mile high. Going to Heavens Gate look out is over 9,000 feet. So I can play both sides if I wish.

Wish I could thank you twice for the video @Me78569. Just shows the short coming of the S-03 Smarty and lack of fuel to boost management. This is where Smarty UDC Pro and Quadzilla come out on top.

Custom Quadzilla Tuning R & D Thread
Like I said before Smarty S-03 does not offer and fuel to boost management for large injector and provide fuel rates BELOW stock just like @Me78569 just showed.

fuel filter life.
Like myself, I started cutting open my filter off my AirDog 150 at 15,000 miles the filters still looked new. So I increased to 30,000 miles still looked new. Increased to 45,000 miles just barely discoloring the filter media. The stock filter was still clean. Now I'm up to 60,000 miles and the AirDog filter is discolored pretty good and the stock filter is grey to black in color. Still even at 60,000 miles never seen a 1 PSI drop yet. This also has to do where you getting you fuels at. Cheap fuel station typically have little or no filter at the dispensing pump and name brand typically do have filter but what quality level? I know Chevron still uses a water blocking filters I'm going to have to ask what micron rating though. Here is my last 60k filter... Here is one old pic of my 45k filters... Here is a 15k filter... Quadzilla fuel trip and instant mpg
This is one thing I hated about OBDLink setting are the same problem you left to guess or figuring out some math to get close. Now that I've switched over to Dash command is based on fuel consumed vs gallons pumped so now when you adjust the offset to match gallons the percentage offset is automagically mathed out. No guessing. This is the same setup as ScanGauge II as well it displayed what it though it burned for fuel then you matched it and again automagically maths out the offset percentage.

Adrenaline V2 won’t load custom tunes
As for myself being the odd duck, I'm all Ubuntu Linux OS system here I've got Windows 7 in a VirtualBox and capable of update flashing my Quadzilla Adrenaline. Just like the guys said when the USB is plugged in it should ding about 1-2 second apart attempting to connect to the Quadzilla.

Adrenaline V2 won’t load custom tunes
Make sure you selecting the right vehicle and version in Vehicle Selection. Like my tunes are based on the "V2 Dodge 1998-2002 Version 2.5" Be aware there are other versions listed and will prevent the tune from loading.

TCC lock-up issue with a screwy T.P.S
The speed sensor in the tail shaft of the transmission is for the PCM and shift control. The speed sensor in the rear diff is used for speedometer, grid heaters, PCM for shift control as well. I've got a feeling the one in the tail shaft is your problem. Being your not saying anything about speedometer issues.
