  1. So I gather you going to create living quarters in the trailer? Can we get an interior picture?
  2. Sure will... But first I've got to have a reason to pull the head...
  3. Ok... Slightly bigger compressor (+3mm over stock). Unknown on the turbine size. 14cm2 housing better exhaust flow. I'm going to say this might be slightly laggy. My 60/60/12 HX35/40W is bit laggy on just stock injectors and Quadzilla untapped. I would consider 62/68/12 turbo before the one posted.
  4. Few things I've been helping him with and improving the power and economy of the truck. Been a good challenge being he's got 37" tires. I got @Snow Dodge to change up to 4.11 gears and made a good improvement in power and economy is still OK. I finally got him to pick up the High Idle Kit yesterday that he purchased back in December. I know some of his future plans are to ditch the Edge Juice and add Quadzilla Adrenaline then have me install the high idle kit. Funny part is he's got one of old "Prowelder" (i think) high idle kits from way back. The ones made in a plastic box with 3 switch before the MPG fooler came out.
  5. Make sure not to use metal screens. They will eat into the tubing and coolers if you not careful... Ask me how I know. If you do put the metal screen on your grill not the coolers much safe and less damage.
  6. PM sent... Being I'm Ontario, OR every other day...
  7. I know a few installed air bag system with in cab controls. Just a flick of a switch you can air up or down without even getting out of the cab. So you might still be doing airbags yet... http://www.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/77A5184A3626280.aspx
  8. I'm still OEM assembled engine yet. Head has never been removed. 308k miles are rolling yet. I'm really surprised with the HX35/40 with stock injectors and Quadzilla Adrenaline (Untapped ~60HP). Impossible to reach 1,200*F. Even climbing grades with a heavy foot I've only made 1,100*F EGT's. It's a very good upgrade for a stock-ish truck to control EGT's for sure. Best part still I got to keep my exhaust brake.
  9. Being I've managed to get Smarty resource moved from their old hosting to the new hosting. Then converted from vBulletin 4 to Invision Power Board. Now I've got all there Downloads (Smarty Flash Files) moved over. Now added a performance tuner area that here in the near future Professional Tuners can sell their tunes on the site. (Added Bonus). Few other changes to the site that will make more appealing. Then on top of all this Invision Power Board will be releasing their 4.2.0 version software very soon. So I've got 4 sites I've got to update, configure all the new stuff, and teach the owners how to use the new options. Off course M73M will see this up as well. Beyond this, I shock most people showing how so many sites are not compliant with HTML5 code now CSS3 code. I did this to local gent yesterday I showed him how another Cummins site was badly written with over 377 HTML errors not to mention it was xHTML 1.0 then came back and tested my own site and I've got 5 minor errors in M73M but all compliant HTML5.
  10. I had 1995 with 5" exhaust that was so bad with drone right at 65 MPH that you needed ear plugs to be on the highway. You could not speak or talk to a passenger till you dropped down to about 53 MPH. So I ditched the exhaust and put in a Diamond Eye 4" with flow through muffler now it's just as quiet as my truck with 3".
  11. Yes, gang its true.. I've started another business. This business is "Prevail Web Management ". Being I've been helping so many people with web sites I figured it's time to put into a business frame and keep moving forward. The site isn't much. What is more so is a central location for all my support tickets and request for help. Instead of the chasing around all the different site and Admin forum looking for help request or questions. After all these years of working with Linux, HTML, PHP, MySQL and all the different web applications I think I can make something happen.
  12. @Taz I've had to flush the face of his radiator twice now. He was having overheating problems. I've got to pull it completely out some day so I can really flush it right. I not able to really get all the mud and bugs out of it. This is even on a 3rd Gen truck. I've got to wash mine down weekly from all the bugs and road miles.
  13. What version of switch do you have? Does the switch solder to a printed circuit board or do the wires come right out of the back of the switch?
  14. You can post your pictures here...
  15. Hit the the Contact Us at the bottom of the page and get a hold of us and we'll get you back in. support@smartyresource.net will also get you to the staff also.
  16. Many heavy loads of firewood hauled... The only thing I will mention even being above GVWR but below the tire capacity doesn't mean to inflate the tires all to 80 PSI. With a tire capacity of 3,042 pounds at 80 PSI that is 12,168 pounds or (+3,368 pound over GVWR). Even in the picture above, I'm sitting on my helper springs and only running 60 PSI all the way around. Be truthful those tire in the picture where Load Range G's rated for 3,750 pound at 110 PSI. That could have carried 15,000 pounds or (6,200 pounds over GVWR). So gotta still be careful because some tires will let you reach way over the GVWR.
  17. Man I hate that crap! Every night I come home from Boise/Ontario... Some dumb bought another set of crappy LED lights or crappy projector retrofit bulbs.
  18. That's why I compromised and did the HX35/40 hybrid (60/60/12). I was able to get really close to the 62/68/12 specs and still keep my exhaust brake also still keep my 3" exhaust yet.
  19. Stock turbo is fine for +60 HP injectors. 62/68/12 wouldn't be bad upgrade if he's running a Quadzilla Adrenaline tuner with his +60 HP injectors.
  20. That's why its nice to have @Chris O. on board he's one smart cookie for the Dodge electronics.
  21. Hard to suggest turbo sizes without seeing the injector size. Going too big on the turbo will produce more lag. Might make EGT's cooler but lag will be greater. Being I'm running stock injectors against a 60/60/12 HX35/40 hybrid I can say it very laggy.
  22. VP44 has to come out... There is one bolt right behind it and insane to attempt to change with the VP44 in place.
  23. Like these, I've got are budget bulbs in these sport headlights. I need to upgrade to Silverstar bulbs or some sort of quality bulb.
  24. There is a lot of poor quality being sold on Ebay, Amazon, etc. It just best to use the correct bulb that is designed for your current headlight housing. So if you still have stock headlights best to stay with the standard halogen blubs. I would advise to get a quality bulb and not a cheapy.
