  1. I see, it's two wheel drive, so are the bearings serviceable then? If they are try to repacking with fresh grease and make sure they're adjusted the right way. And if they're not the maybe they're just loser with time and there is enough slop between tone ring and ABS sensor and that's what's triggering the light. I'm starting to think that might be my problem too.
  2. Wonder if there could be a flash done to the ECM to keep up with idle. Maybe talk to smarty people. Or @Me78569 might know something about it.
  3. You should put one on yours if he does, cornfuse some people. And a prius repellant sticker by the exhaust
  4. I've been wanting to put an ecodiesel badge on my truck, since v2 tuning and all lol.
  5. I'd go with 62/68/12 for your setup and goal if you using 7x10 And this is only my opinion, when it comes to this decisions you'll have to make the final choice.
  6. Sounds to me like your timing piston is sticking inside of VP. Try using 2-cycle oil in your fuel and see if it helps. What are the mods on the truck
  7. Wonder what his thoughts would be nowadays
  8. Have you ever put extra grease in front wheel bearings through sensor holes. Mine come and go also and it all started after I put more grease in wheel bearings.
  9. Yeah I hear you, that's why I drive my little car a lot. I know it's not a question for where you live. But every time I feel like pulling the trigger on something new, I talked to a few more people that have something new and really don't want their headaches and it still costs bunch of money.
  10. That does suck I have no idea what it is I've never dealt with it fortunately
  11. I'm using Ford 4.0l Top Hat style seals on my truck now because I didn't know you could machine the head for regular Cummins top hat seals at a time. @Mopar1973Man spend extra money now and get head machine for top hats, don't take chances it's not worth it. We can all see you with twin turbo setup in a couple of years.
  12. Mine got hot glue, fiber glass, rtv, super glue, not sure if I'm forgetting something else.
  13. Your new engine is rusty need to do something about that.
  14. Yeap, not needed in golf cart pizza cutter applications Edit OK since no one reacted to this I'm guessing nobody understood my joke. I myself also have 3rd gen brakes and I love them great idea. Where I was heading with my comment, is if you are running 245 stock tiers it's not as big of a deal, but 285 and up it really helps. I'm glad I did mine.
  15. First you need to practice on someone else's truck, because when you actually go do it on your own , you'll feel like this guy https://goo.gl/images/FR1ULN
  16. I'm with @dripley , possible but you have bigger problems if water was coming from there. Have you put a chunk of hose on that nipple outside the firewall yet. That's where I had my problem.
  17. That's just what I've heard over years, and original ones are also vco and many went 300k on them. Suppose to burn cleaner and be more efficient. As much as I tear my top end apart I don't care anymore, if they last 100k I'll be more than happy and probably just have them worked and put them right back in. I've had 4 sets of injectors in last 30k so yeah.... buy now I like my set up. If it lasts I'll stick with what I have now.
  18. Good thing I went with Mopar I got some original spicers from local Sadler power train place sitting on the shelf for when I need them, supposed to be what's on the truck now. Hopefully same quality too.
  19. I think I've always pushed mine to the floor regardless, I have a problem grinding gears being lazy sometimes so I just thought myself to push it in all the way in
  20. I'd say you got your money worth out of it
