  1. I would expect more boost from your setup if your boost fooler and elbow are working. I'd start there. Boost leak test and verify your elbow is working.
  2. What gear and speed are you towing? Rpm's are a big factor in egt's while towing.
  3. How fast are you drivingat 2k rpms? I believe that's over 75 mph. 19 at 75 is pretty damn good.
  4. 8 lug = 3/4 or 1 ton 5/6 lug = 1500
  5. @Mopar1973Man I wouldn't be doing that on a 3rd gen.
  6. sounds like tuning is not doing much. He is going to need more fuel as I am guessing his new turbo is putting enough CFM worth of air to make the tune happy and thus it is not fueling any harder.
  7. it's easier to roll downhill than it is to walk uphill happy birthday.
  8. The vp has incoming and out going messaging on the can system. The pump will see how much fuel and timing is being commanded from the ecm and report back to the ecm what it actually did. My guess is with a 252 the pump is pretty much telling the ecm " I can't do that" similar to the p0216 code for timing. If any communication to the pump is working then it wouldn't be a wiring issue outside of the pump.
  9. You got a bum pump from xdp. Did you buy with a CC? hopefully, if they want to play games then let the CC company handle them.
  10. Again I don't think it matters which you get. I doubt you will notice any difference.
  11. I doubt you would notice a difference between the two. 7 x .xxx are going to be the common hole count. 8 x .xxx's would be fine too but I have not found any that weren't $$ compared to 7 hole. Don't overthink it just go with a known vendor, DAP is good as always, 7 x .009's.
  12. I can't find the darn thing lol. Too much beauty covering.
  13. I didn't get any returns on the sensor having a pigtail. I was going to look at the oem plug and get a number or brand off that.
  14. 0-100 Pedal movement != 0-100% fueling depending on the tune. The point of tuning at WOT is to ensure that you are not cramming 0-100% fueling into 0-%60 throttle movement. You want %100 of possible duration before smoke at %100 throttle input. doing so will make your fueling smoother than give you more resolution in fueling compared to pedal movement.
  15. I also had the thought that he might just have seen the cutoff when you went over a bump. Can you see the flicker pointed at a wall?
  16. i'll see if I can grab a part number from the plug on my 18 tonight.
  17. used the part number lookup tool to get the pn for the sensor then google machine. Partnumber tool. https://mopar1973man.com/external-media/pdf/2011Ram3500parts.pdf#view=FitB&page=184 https://www.amazon.ca/Diesel-Injection-Pressure-Pigtail-Cummins/dp/B07SJM57Y7 thats up to 2012 though so you might want to cross refeence the sensor and see if it is the same on your model year.
  18. you can swap parts to narrow if it is only one side
  19. @Dieselfuture snow was just a bit delayed. I got an order in for 2 cord of wood so that will get us through this winter. Next summer I will be cutting tree's and getting it split and stacked ready for the winter. Just didn't have time this year plus we were renting so it felt off to cut down a bunch of tree's
  20. either ballast or bulb. or bad ground or 12v.
  21. fireplace, At this point I have bought a mini split 24k btu unit to offset the fuel oil furnace. Trying to burn wood as well to offset more. I have a ton of wood around but I need a few years to get it cured.
